The evening staff at the 24-25 gate terminal A location on 12/16 were very helpful for making my order that was sent to the pre security Dunkin in EWR Terminal A.
The Dunkin apps location on the map is inaccurate and shows the location after the security checkpoint. This needs to be changed to avoid confusion.

I think the worst Dunkin we ever had. So bad we’re just done giving all Dunkins a chance at this point. The coffee was flavored water topped with a BRICK of ice. Didn’t add a donut we paid for because they “ran out” of the one we wanted… So they just offered nothing? Looked at me crazy when I said we’d like ANY donut rather than NO donut. Does that not make sense or do I live on Mars? Insane experience. At least it gave us a laugh.

Service tonight was crappy. I literally work at the terminal so I come here often. They didn't have what I ordered so they kept offering me stale alternatives. The drink I ordered was put together sloppy the worker didn't even try to mix it. As an alternative to what I couldn't get they offered me a very dry donut and 3 Dunkin munchkins in which the worker proceeded to take the munchkins out of the plastic cup that they originally come in and throw them in a paper bag. Both servers seem to have an attitude and didn't want to serve me properly despite the fact that I tipped before my order was made. Do better Dunkin. I won't be patronizing this place ever again.

I just landed from a flight at 11 Pm on a Sunday so whoever works that shift provided me with not only HORRIBLE service, they then literally just denied me a cup of water. Never been denied that from a Dunkin not to mention I used to work there and we were told to charge 50¢ for each cup. There were two guys there and one of them was just looking at the ceiling, putting air away, making it seem likes he’s busy. While the other one had an attitude. This franchise needs to deal with their poor quality workers.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I work in the same building as this dunkin & FAITHFULLY everytime I go there’s flys laying around the food. I’ve mentioned to the manager multiple times they should cover up the food & she just dismisses me. Your better off going to the Dunkin in terminal C.

Food was served quickly. I was disappointed they didn’t have the hot honey bacon sandwich, so I settled for maple bacon. I hate that Dunkin Donuts is the only fash food that counts how many hash browns you get. $2.79 for just 6, not enough to even enjoy with your sandwich ‼️About 46 cents each‼️
