Still waiting on my $20.11 refund from since December 5th. Around 12pm I went to pick up a mobile order but the store was closed as there were police officers inside and outside DD turning away customers. I was told I'd get a refund but it's been so long and I feel like I'm getting the run around

Went in to purchase some donuts. The server put it into a bag and we took them home. Upon getting home we went to eat the donut and discovered a massive booger inside the bag attached to the side. This booger was large with nose hair attached it. This is disgusting! Will never eat here again and have reported this to Dunkin.

Hi I’m here to talk about how I was treated poorly at the drive thru. It was a woman and I had went with my and sister we ordered the $6dollar meal deal in which we said can we PLEASE get bacon egg no cheese on a BAGEL and she said on a croissant and we understand what if she heard wrong we said oh no just on a bagel please precedes to tell saying oh you have to tell me like honey we did and then was like so what type of bread you want we were like BAGEL and then was like okay on a croissant we were like we told you 3 times a bagel and she was like well you have to tell me bacon egg and cheese on a bagel like girl we did. Then at the window the guys at the front were LOVELY no problem with them they were so nice it was just that girl with her nasty attitude and was able to catch that girl and she wears a hijab and she was the only girl and was taking orders hunny if you can’t orders that’s not our fault don’t yell at us the hell

The manager is very rude , kindly was waiting at the counter to be helped i was ignored for 10 mins at the counter asked for help as everyone’s concern was just drive thru. I was told i was have to go threw drive thru to be served will be contacting corporate. And filling a massive complaint on this place. Get ready buddy
