Literally the worst dunkin ever!!! I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order they told me that they were out of chipotle sauce so I was like it’s okay so the employee over there tried to give me another type of sauce and this Indian lady that works there in the morning was so freaking rude with it like no we can’t do that and whatever. So she was it’s okay you don’t have to get anything in return even though I PAID!!!!! So I was like no it’s not okay I want my money back and she was like okay let me call the store manager so I was like okay and the store manager was so rude to me and the employee working with them in the morning. So I was like I want to money the paid for for the sauce so he was like okay I will give it to you, HE LITERALLY WENT TO THE TIP BUCKET AND GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! TALKING ABOUT IM GIVING YOU MONEY FROM MY POCKET LIKE NO YOU ARENT!!!!! And I always go to this dunkin mind you!!! SO FREAKING RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!?

My experience here was very disappointing. The food was not well prepared, and the customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. Employees were unprofessional and spent time talking negatively about new customers with regulars, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.
I also felt discriminated against because of my race, which is unacceptable in any business. On top of that, I was denied access to the bathroom even though I made a purchase. That was extremely frustrating and disrespectful.
I came in expecting a decent meal and a welcoming environment, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. This is not how customers should be treated.

I would not recommend this Dunkin ! I used get my iced coffee and donuts until I realized they are selling stale donuts and frosting them with no gloves on their hands . Coffee always taste burnt. Location Need new management

I called in for a custom order of 24 assorted donuts and spoke to the owner and placed an order for next day pick up with her. I went to pick up the order and spoke to the other owner Satish and which I thought we became friendly, as far offering us two donuts to my coworker and myself, and we said yes. I tipped him 5 bucks as a thank you, after paying close to $38.00 for two dozen donuts. We got back to our office to find 22 customs donuts and 2 of the "free" French Crullers, so we thought! He apparently swapped out the paid customs donuts with the "free" French Cruller donuts. I called him and told him why he did that? He said you asked for 24 donuts and got it. Why even bothering offering us something if he was going to replace it with something else?? Watch! If you deal with him.
They make the drinks with care and attention. Loved it

Ordered my usual, an Iced Coffee and bagel w/cream cheese. Asked the the cashier can the cook (which was the manager) to change his gloves because he just made 3 (pork) bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. The cashier asked him to change his gloves, he looked at me, then proceeded to grab the thin bagel with a huge hole in it and made it. I stood there because I’m thinking maybe that’s for someone else. Once he finished he turns around and hand me the bag. I said that’s not mines because you never changed your gloves, she (the cashier asked you as well. He said with “we don’t change gloves, you don’t want it give her money back”. I’m Muslim, I don’t eat pork! I’ve never experienced this before and I go to Dunkin everyday! I’ve never heard no other Dunkin Donuts say “we don’t change gloves. He’s touching food, he’s making coffee, he using his rotten teeth to open things. He’s very rude! How is he the manager at this location!!! I remember his wife use to run this place, I remember when NaNa use to run this place. I’ve never had this experience.
