The people working drive thru are rude and will rush you to order. Unprofessional and uneducated. You dont like your job? Quit.

I truly dislike having to do anything in Newark. I don’t live there—I just work there—but every time I visit a store, restaurant, or drive-through, the attitude, disrespect, and unprofessionalism always seem to be at an all-time high.
Today, I was in a drive-through line when the car in front of me didn’t move up after the vehicle ahead had already left. It looked like the driver was distracted by her phone, so I lightly tapped my horn to get her attention. Instead of moving, she seemed annoyed and stayed still. I honked again, as did the cars behind me, since it was obvious she was deliberately holding up the line.
Then, a worker at the window—tall, light-skinned, long hair—leaned out and said something to me about honking, even though the issue had nothing to do with him. When I finally pulled up, his attitude was rude and dismissive. He handed off my food in an unprofessional way, and when I asked for ketchup, he ignored me, left my order sitting there, and returned to hand it over without saying a word.
While this isn’t a huge deal to me personally (I usually avoid buying food in Newark for this very reason), it’s disappointing. Experiences like this make visitors feel unwelcome and reinforce a negative perception of the city. Newark deserves better—professionalism, courtesy, and basic respect go a long way.

Left my house in the morning to get a Hot Coffee, but got a room temperature (in the cold side) coffee.

I went to this location at 8:26 and asked for frozen coffee I got denied that and the cause was they are about to close. And closing is not until 9 very rude and unacceptable
