If I could give this Dunkin’ 0 stars, I would. Every time I visit, they claim they don’t have bagel twists at the drive-thru. Today, I decided to go inside, and guess what? There were at least four sitting right there! Yet, the employees still insisted they had none.
When I asked for the manager, I was given the name “Mr. Blacksmith,” no management ever came to speak with me. It’s clear they don’t care about customers or providing honest service.
Save yourself the frustration and drive a few blocks to a different Dunkin’ where they actually value their customers. This location is a joke, unprofessional, disrespectful, the workers at this location is the bottom of the barrel, no care what so ever if you say you're going to call corporate the exact words and I quote " Do what you have to do, you won't be the first". Even the workers know that the corporate office won't do anything about this location. Avoid this location if your looking for good food and just decent customer service.

The line is long, the service is focused on the drive through, it is noisy, often crazy people there, it is unpleasant. But it is cheapish. The english muffin is under rated I think. Don't get the donuts.

November 9,2024 time 10:22 am I order two sandwich and two iced coffee and it sad tht they wasn’t organize peoples order and give out ppls wrong order of their food and my food wasn’t cook all the way and the egg was still cold.. The worker wasn’t professional and don’t know how to treat their customers and want to fight the customer which their wrong also the manager in the store allowed them to disrespect customers when we try to tell them which right or wrong.. Manager who is light skin and have red hair work in the store 311 Springfield ave #313 allowed her worker to jump over the counter to try fight with the customer… Some of those worker need to be fired.. Corporate need to deal with this situations and half those worker don’t need to get paid..

I have been to this location twice, the first time in drive thru I ordered 2 drinks and when approaching the window I was told why did I pull up when I was told to wait back behind the window. Then the girl with 2 lip piercings yelled and screamed about how I just pulled up when I was not supposed too. The rudeness and long wait will never happen again because this place is a horror show, along with people begging for money and food why you wait and they do nothing. Never been treated so bad by a Dunkin worker. Management is horrible I assume to allow the workers to give such attitude.

Big thanks to the staff for their “patience” while taking my order. After they forgot my Ice Americano, I got to enjoy the fun of reordering it again. Amazingly, I was rewarded with a sweet, milky “masterpiece”! After repeatedly asking if this was a right Ice Americano, they generously suggested I just check the label on the cup myself. Such a “heartwarming” experience—I’ll “definitely” be back for more!

This Dunkin is always packed and crowded but it’s people like JOYCE that make it worth going too. She’s always pleasant and such a sweetheart. She displays great customer service and always get the COFFEE’s right haha

I placed turn on the go order of just coffee and a doughnut and waited 6 minutes before I picked it up and it was not ready. What makes it worse was that was only one customer in the store.
