This is the worse customer service in any DD DH l have ever seen in my entire life, we had just waited 30 minutes in the dh line when we had to cars ahead of us and finally when we got to the window to place my order she told me to wait another 5 minutes in order for her to take my order, it was horrible experience, Do not go there again.

The woman attendant at the drive thru does not follow directions. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Instead I got a non toasted old bagel that was chewy and stale. Ruined my breakfast and wasted my money. Will never go there again.

This is hands down the best Frozen Chocolate I’ve had in a long time! Absolutely superb. And the mocha drizzle? Next level!- she had such a great smile that brightened my whole day. Honestly, I couldn’t take my eyes off her. Amazing drink, I’m officially addicted to this Frozen Chocolate!

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts location you could ever visit. They always deliver the wrong order—when I say always, I mean it every single time! I work right next door and have often stopped by for a coffee, yet my order was always missing something.
Today was the last straw. I ordered a Cappuccino Blast and got a drink with nothing but ice and vanilla. It didn’t even taste like cappuccino ( I had this drink before so I know exactly)—it was completely watery. I noticed immediately that the drink’s color was off, and once I tasted it, I knew something was seriously wrong.
Please, save your time and go to another Dunkin’ Donuts location.
