Those 2 new kids are slow as HELL & move with no urgency! Never coming back here again. Been my spot for 6 years , I’m going to Springfield Ave from now on. I didn’t even order I just left!

This location seriously needs attention. The store was dirty from the moment I walked in — tables sticky, floors unswept, and trash bins overflowing. My order was a disappointment: the food looked old and tasted stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. Iced Green Tea was lukewarm and with an extremely salty taste. If management cares about their customers, they need to address cleanliness and food quality immediately. This is a health hazard to the community

I went to this place, bought a coffee and donuts, and crossed the street to drop off my child who was in the hospital. It took me 15 minutes. I asked them if I could leave my car there and came back. They already put a chain and lock on it and charged 200 dollars for what I asked them as a favor. Terrible service. Don't go there because they are not friendly at all. They take advantage of an emergency. They don't even know how to get money. They should be more sensitive in an emergency. The owners should ask for the receipt and see that we are customers. Don't waste your money. There are other coffee shops there that do know how to respect their customers.
