Don’t use the app early in the morning. They never open the store on time. Today I ordered my breakfast and tried to pick it up on my way to work. The store wasn’t even open when I got there but the app still taking money. So I had to leave go punch in because they weren’t even there.. they did this yesterday, too

today is 11.26 2023this store has upgraded looks wonderfulnow you have the homeless hanging around and in the stoe harrassing you for money they sleeping on the table where customers have to eat its a place of businessits a homeless drug addicts noe she sit on her walker by the door asking for money this is unacceptable yes its cold outside but theres shelters for them and they refused cvustomers dont wanna come in have to be harrassed for money

Do not use any delivery service for this Dunkin Donuts! They do not put a safety seal on.the coffee! Coffee is riding in the cup holder of the delivery driver unsealed! During post pandemic and across the street from a hospital, they should know better! How hard or expensive is it to put a safely seal on coffee? Have pic as well.We will NOT order from Dunkin Donuts on 131 Bergen Street in Newark, NJ again!

First & last time in this DD's I experienced a extremely stenchful homeless person sleeping comfortably at one of the tables, staff must have been terrified of homeboy to allow him to just stink up your establishment. Lord have Mercy the city of Newark needs unlimited help.
I ordered a French vanilla ice coffee with one turbo shot she gave it to me with 3 turbo shots, then when they go to return the money they short change me the food was under cooked the Manager was very rude the shop was dirty And did I mention they left the drink the same I suggest you save your money 10:33 Am 7/20/2023

So I and my frd went to grab some coffee around 4 pm today and we were joking telling the guy that we work at Dunkin in east orange can we get a discount,omg that’s was a biggest mistake,the guy insulted us so badly and I was like how much u think u take of my coffee that u will insult us like that ,we were just joking with u because we too worked at Dunkin,that really made me felt badIt’s not that serious to be so angry or rude on ur job site

They are very much over priced it's like they have they own prices,different from the others. 1.50 for some whipped cream or 1.50 for adding condiments is ridiculous. The service is ok because they have different people working almost all the time.......

Service is slow sometimes I get the impression that some of the workers are new and not too sure what to do. Gives the wrong orders sometimes place it piping hot in the summer ..workers are in there sweating..HVAC needs attention. The food is ok. Workers do have good personality though... will tey to assist in getting the order corrected.
