Avoid this Dunkin if you can, every time I used this drive through they get my order wrong (they charge me correctly, but miss items). Be very careful, it might be intentional at this point.

I don't understand how hard it is when you order 2 types of munchkins 5 of each Early in the morning in the drive-thru I get to work and they give me all of the same like this isn't the first time this has happened either and if it wasn't for the fact that I was in a rush I could have checked the bag before I left like if it's the only thing someone's ordering along with simple hash browns it should not be that difficult to put two types of munchkins and a bag

This Dunkin is the slowest ever. They can see you in line and just continue to unbox their stuff like you’re not even there. That’s very horrible customer service!!! And when you look they’re 3 of them in the back and o my one person working the drive thru and register. This is the second and last time I’ll come here! Btw the still managed to get my order wrong

Dont waste your time. This must be a drive thru only location because I waited for 10 minutes to be served and nobody came over to the register. There were 2 workers one taking orders for the drive thru and another making the food. I said excuse me numerous times and no one answered. I just walked out. Hire more people !

Disrespectful staff memember early in the morning! Dunkin in south st opens at 6am, and at times I have to order through the drive thru because they refuse to open. That's ridiculous! Find people who want to work!

Customer service was horrible. I will never come here again. The manager was very rude and nasty towards me. He closed the drive thru window on me after telling me that I got my order wrong. Told me to call the customer service phone number and to ask them to apply my rewards because he “can’t help me.” Again, it’s my fault, not his. He literally proceeded to close the window on me. So rude. Out of all the years I’ve been going to Dunkin, to see a manager treat a customer like this is unacceptable. I will be calling corporate, because this should not happen to other customers.
