These employees here dont know how to make coffee. Evertime i go when im in the area i purchase coffee and is not good.

Horrible service will never go back to this location. They got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I am a customer that goes there at least 4 times a week well guess what , you lost a customer and I will never recommend this location

Normally I have a good experience with this place. But.. today I got a avocado toast with bacon. The bacon was soggy and thrown in the middle. The Snackin bacon was soggy an a clustered mess. Not sure I want to spend money there again.

Lately, every single time I go here and order at the drive thru, the order is wrong. They forget things all the time. They forgot the extra egg on my sandwich. They forget the flavor shots in the coffee, the sugar in the coffee. The Bagel bites were cold inside. Sometimes I get to work and the food is still cold, not cooked through and I have to put it in the microwave. The staff is friendly, but I'm not sure what happened here at this location, the orders are never right and poorly cooked. They used to be the best location in this area. Now I will have to stop patronizing them. I'm tired of spending money on wrong orders and ill-cooked food.

I ordered through the mobile app and went inside to pick up my stuff. The employee told me they didn't have the order. I showed them the order and still nothing. I asked about getting my money back and he said he didn't know how since he didn't have the app himself. Told me to try customer support on the app. Now after wasting my time with the app, I have to wait even longer to get my money back.

I’m visited my last time this store todayI was arriving to pick up my orderFirst able there wasn’t a cashiers at front and after like 3min the person come from the backTo us with attitude,I wasn’t asking for anything free and that’s how the person view was to meAfter I get my order , wrong by miss attending message on the sticker labelIn my order was a medium coffee and I received a small sinceThe day before i didn’t get a reward that I apply to my order …which was a donut onlyI didn’t comeback yesterday because I couldn’t go back for itSo today I ask for the donut they forget the other day and even show the order of yesterdayThe person just tell me that I got it comeback the same day to request an item that they forgot to put in the bagI get my donutBut they don’t put the right attention to ordersSo I don’t go back to this storeI don’t want to find attitude for requests an items that may they forget in futureI’m agree with last reviewThey doing something terrible workat this store nowadays
