I’m visited my last time this store todayI was arriving to pick up my orderFirst able there wasn’t a cashiers at front and after like 3min the person come from the backTo us with attitude,I wasn’t asking for anything free and that’s how the person view was to meAfter I get my order , wrong by miss attending message on the sticker labelIn my order was a medium coffee and I received a small sinceThe day before i didn’t get a reward that I apply to my order …which was a donut onlyI didn’t comeback yesterday because I couldn’t go back for itSo today I ask for the donut they forget the other day and even show the order of yesterdayThe person just tell me that I got it comeback the same day to request an item that they forgot to put in the bagI get my donutBut they don’t put the right attention to ordersSo I don’t go back to this storeI don’t want to find attitude for requests an items that may they forget in futureI’m agree with last reviewThey doing something terrible workat this store nowadays

First I asked for an espresso and they gave me a cold one. And espresso is suppose to be hot not cold. Secondly I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and apparently the forgot the toasted and the cream cheese. This Dunkin needs to management like yesterday or it won't last long at all

Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. But it still isn't annoying enough to prevent me from returning again.

They got the wrong order twice in a row. 2 black coffees. We sent them back, we got 4 new coffees. Okay, cool but why are none of these black either? The kitchen was also closed for some reason. Advice? Go to the one in Harrison, NJ.
