Everytime I order from this dunkin donuts, I never get what I ordered. Either I'm missing items or my food or drink aren't made right. I get attitude from the employees when just asking for something extra when I'm paying. Or if I go through drive thru they know I'm not going to have time to check if things is right. Very ghetto Dunkin Donuts I've ever been too.

This Dunkin Donuts has a drive thru which is very convenient however the people at the drive thru aren’t very friendly. They made my coffee perfect. With 3 pumps of butter pecan and extra milk. Overall this location is decent.
Sign says 24 hours drive thru but its closed sometimes. 10/14/24 - Wife went to here for Drivethru before work, while waiting for her order a stranger approach her window asking for money, she had her CC only and offered to buy the man food/coffee, the man got angry and yelled, NO I WANT MONEY! He then pulled on the side mirror and spit and threw some colored liquid on the windshield. I get it, it's 9:15 PM in Newark, but if your customers are getting harassed or feel in danger, this is the last time anyone should go to Dunkin Donuts here. Ever. Should have security at this location or close forever.

Husband went here to buy donuts and almond latte while I was at the clinic next door. He came to deliver the items to the clinic, about 45 minutes later when we all where leaving the clinic to return and have a full breakfast at Dunkin, found out that our car was booted and towed

My boyfriend went to pick up the order and was given the complete wrong order. The order is correct on the receipt but inside the bag is nothing I ordered. The bag was stapled so we didn’t know until we reached home. We can’t even call the store because the number on google and the number on the receipt is out of service.

This place and the Indian manager sucks!! They never have donuts readily available. I'm sick of this. Have to go all the way to Jersey city for quality donuts. I hope starbucks starts selling donuts to put this company out of business.
