Joelissa Gotay, a very sweet and polite young lady, provided me with excellent customer service. She let me sit in the Dunkin Donuts as long I needed, and I never felt rushed. Other employees told me to leave quickly, and I did not even have time to eat my meal and have my drink.

i dislike visiting this location in the afternoon. the ladies that run it at that time don’t know how to do their job correctly. i placed a mobile order 15 minutes before walking in and they had just started, mind you the store was empty other than 1 person being there. my coffee was dark and tasted black after i asked for caramel cream and sugar. to top it off my food was burnt. if they did less talking they’d probably do a better job. i will definitely be refraining from ordering there again. this is already the 3rd time I’ve experienced this here.

They are good and give good service. They just be closing an hour earlier than they are suppose too.
Great staff and service, since I've switched to oatmilk I've noticed a difference in how well they make their drinks here. plenty of other Dunkins I've been to seem to be very stingy with their milk substitutes, but never had that issue here.
They close super early. At 8pm not 9pm
