This location always messes up orders! Everyone working at the drive thru just seem so confused.

The lady working on March 30th at 8:30 pm is terrible. It would be one thing if she was trying but she was obviously intoxicated and it took 39 minutes for us to get our order. We were the only car in the drive thru. She asked our order after she put it in the system 5 separate times. And she doesn’t know how to do separate orders which every other worker does for us. This may seem over exaggerated but it’s completely true. This was our order plus a caramel ice latte mobile order.

Just go to another location. Trust me. Theres no accessible straws, sugar, napkins or anything. Just a counter and a register with a huge sign on the bathroom that says “employees only”. The huge sign says they have brown sugar, which I requested…but quickly found out they don’t carry it.

I was just given a completely different price for my coffee and then when I corrected the worker he ignorantly gave me back a handful of NICKELS as my change. Extremely pathetic but wouldn’t expect much more from someone who’s clearly mad at the world 😂😂

First things first there was no gloves being used in the back to make any of the food or any of the drinks that’s very unsanitary. It’s honestly unbelievable that they couldn’t take a second to cut the bagel twist . It’s a basic request, and they just ignored it. I feel like that’s very lazy and that’s very poor customer service, they got to do better

There is a guy in there who works in the front in the afternoon and he is very very nasty! every time I’m in the PICKUP line he never bothers to check my tickets and ask me what do I want in a nasty tone! When I tell him what I want he tries to make me pay for it again. Today I ordered through the app (as usual) and he did it again and threw a straw at me this time. Idk what this guy issue is but he does not belong in the front, all the women that served me before were polite, I have never dealt with this type of attitude until he started working the front.

Very nice people. I wish that DUNKIN would make their website a little more Croissant friendly. I like cheese, and I can't order it through the app. I have to wait in line to order it. It's just a special note to DUNKIN.

The service is horrible there are two really nice workers but they are only there in the morning and there is one worker that is always mad and if you try to use Dunkin’ rewards he will angry and start yelling at you and saying “this no work!” and the donuts are always crunchy like they’ve been out for 3 days, once I went with my cousin and we had our order taken from this employee and when we used dunkin rewards for a free coffee he got mad when the rewards didn’t work but when my cousin payed for his coffee he gave 6 dollars for 4.56 and didn’t even receive his change.
