One of the weirdest Dunkin donuts I've ever been into because it didn't even look open from the outside and then when you come in it's so sterile looking. Good for a quick stop if you don't care about the look of the atmosphere.

The lady working on March 30th at 8:30 pm is terrible. It would be one thing if she was trying but she was obviously intoxicated and it took 39 minutes for us to get our order. We were the only car in the drive thru. She asked our order after she put it in the system 5 separate times. And she doesn’t know how to do separate orders which every other worker does for us. This may seem over exaggerated but it’s completely true. This was our order plus a caramel ice latte mobile order.

Just go to another location. Trust me. Theres no accessible straws, sugar, napkins or anything. Just a counter and a register with a huge sign on the bathroom that says “employees only”. The huge sign says they have brown sugar, which I requested…but quickly found out they don’t carry it.

I was just given a completely different price for my coffee and then when I corrected the worker he ignorantly gave me back a handful of NICKELS as my change. Extremely pathetic but wouldn’t expect much more from someone who’s clearly mad at the world 😂😂

First things first there was no gloves being used in the back to make any of the food or any of the drinks that’s very unsanitary. It’s honestly unbelievable that they couldn’t take a second to cut the bagel twist . It’s a basic request, and they just ignored it. I feel like that’s very lazy and that’s very poor customer service, they got to do better
