I always go here because they are close to my house but after today i would rather go to another dunkins, i ordered at the drive through they accidentally gave my drink to the car infront of me, and took it back when they realized it was the wrong order i politely asked them to just change the cup, they rip the sticker off the cup to make it seem like they changed the cup and gave it back to me!!! very dishonest i cant trust eating here

Terrible customer service!!!! My son ordered food this morning and did not receive what he asked for, he complained!!! The manager snatched the food out of his hand and refused to hand it back. My son went back and forth with him due to the fact that he paid for his food and they gave him the wrong order. The manager decided it was okay to start provoking him and trying to record him as well. This is terrible treatment and he needs to be dismissed of his duties. This is an ongoing issue of terrible customer service at this location. At this point shut it down.

Coffee was white with more milk and very little coffee. The bagel with cream cheese was aged, meaning hard. They’re prompt and polite but their short cuts with less quality in food service has become poor.
