I get my coffee here every morning because it’s closest to my house. Every morning I get the same iced coffee & every morning despite me telling them please make sure it’s stirred right because I get 2 pumps of caramel & 2 pumps of butter pecan. I tell them this because they never stir my coffee. Why is the caramel & butter pecan always at the bottom of my cup when it should be mixed in with my coffee… this morning the guy was so rude during the drive thru order then at the window he was showing and me telling me. Then said don’t come here we’re busy we can’t mix it for you.So because you’re busy you make someone’s order incorrect? They told me to go to another Dunkin Donuts. Definitely will but action should be taking.

Worse Dunkin out there! They have no Starry, no donuts only glazed, there is NO restroom for customers. It is ALWAYS closed. The owner or manager is rude and nasty. Just don't even bother.

window clerk was rude. didnt listen ...im from out of town. drive in order window was not in my view no one was in line so i decided to drive directly to window. She pointed out i didnt order at window. .. um yeah so just take the order this is YOUR job! I cant order at window? she replied rolling her eyes yeah but, next time use drive up. i then asked for jelly packet. she gave me ketchup and charged me .55 and drowned the sandwich with jelly. i brought it back and said i didnt ask for it on the sandwich she then said very rudely .. well you should have said on the side while rolling her eyes up in her head. making herself look more ugly. their culture comes across as rude. but regardless i asked for a refund and went to a breakfast house in south orange were there was better service and atmosphere. do NOT go to the ivy hill nj dunkin donuts!

I use to pay for caramel latte for 5 something now I pay 7 dollar because they charge extra for syrup’s terrible plus I paid for large it usually strong look like they put one shot of expresso cheap

The Service was terrible i went to get same as susual caramel-latte and bacon egg and cheese croissant but even when i was ordering i was attended terrebly then the Food came out with no Love horrible the chasier was this indian dude short moles on his face no ofense but people like that shoulnt work at any service require Job his atitude was very hostil and disgusting i would fire him right on the spot if i were his boss. The employees will mess up your whole order and be rude if you ask for one simple change(like no cheese or no egg(allergic). They don’t put the flavor in my lattes (literally maybe one pump of caramel, if any). They stuff everything in the bags with no regard; today I actually had to put my wraps together myself because of how it was just thrown in the bag and hash browns are stale most of the time. But it’s the only one around here so I usually check my order before I leave. I forgot this time.

I just left here and the lady at the window was so rude. First I received a donut that looked like it had 2 bite marks in it. I let the lady know and she instantly got an attitude as she went to replace the donut. Then I checked my bag for a straw and realized I didn't get one. I told the lady and she told me to check my bags. (I had just checked them, but checked again so she could see me.) I told her it wasn't there. With an attitude again, she grabbed 2 straws for me, handed them to me in a rude way, and said, "You need to check the bag. I gave you a straw."
