This is possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to and the worst service I've ever had in my life first time I had an issue here I came about a week ago and was told the place was closed by staff an hour before the closing time posted on Google and I thought ok maybe the time just needs to be adjusted on the Internet. Now today I show up and no one is even in the front of the store everyone is in the back and I'm sitting here waiting for 10 mins before anyone even shows up.

I’m glad I’m not the only one that had a bad experience with the lady in the drive thru. She has a nasty attitude. You’re working in my city. I was born and raised here. We don’t need people like you serving us. Please get someone with a brighter smile at the drive thru. She had the nerve to throw my receipt away. Why would you do that without asking me????? It’s ok cause I’m still doing a review on you. Also my refresher had a lot of ice.

Cashier was rude. I was waiting 20mins to order and yet I got skipped on. When I told the cashier I was in line before the previous customer, she blatantly ignored me. This was my first time in this establishment and I am highly disappointed!!!

Bathroom was somewhat clean inside was empty and somewhat clean. The service was very good. They were very nice and let me use the bathroom but the bathroom did have a funny smell, but it is a bathroom so what do you want?

So we’re coming around the corner, right? My driver wasn’t close enough to the speaker, so I politely asked them to inch up so the person inside could actually hear us. We proceeded,
“Hello… hello… HELLO.”
Them: “I said hello, how may I help you four times” with extra attitude.
So I calmly respond, as requested by my driver, “Didn’t you see us on the camera trying to pull closer?”
And she hits me with: “No, we’re not supposed to sit here and watch the camera. We thought someone was playing.”
Ma’am. Be serious.
1. You just said you’re not supposed to watch the camera… but clearly were.
2. You AND your coworker watched us struggle to line up with the speaker — and instead of helping, you hit us with attitude because we didn’t respond fast enough… to something we couldn’t even hear.
Like… what exactly are we doing here? Olympic-level drive-thru patience?
I wasn’t going to say more, but here I am — because I genuinely hope this review inspires a little less sass and a little more sense when talking to customers.
Oh and here are the coffees with extra coffee.

Coffee is terrible. Donuts and bagels stale. They cut corners and cost by watering down drinks. It's bad you can taste the water. ***AVOID AT ALL COST.***

Ordered thru doordash. Pretty simple, 2 coffees and Omelet Bites. Didn't include Omelet Bites, and didn't even bother to adjust bill.
Dunkin Doughnut is awful in general and it doesn't help when it's one in a ghetto area.
