Dunkin'

This is a review of The Dunkin’ Donuts outlet in Terminal C on airside after security near to gate 115. Even though it is a small outlet, it carries all the usual DD products and drinks. The sole staff member is very friendly and helpful but, as she was on her own when I went, it’s not the place to go if you’ve only got a little time before your flight departs. If you have the time, though, you’ll find it matches the usual good DD standards.

Hire people… one person cannot be running the whole thing

I am a Delta employee first I went to Wendy’s. I bought food from there. I asked for discount and I got 20% discount then I go to Dunkin and I ordered a wrap and I showed him my ID and he goes. Oh this is United terminal and only United employees get discounted and I’m like I have never heard this at any other airport. What are you talking about and then he goes OK fine I’ll give you a discount and he gave me a discount and then he asked me for my order. I clearly told him I want a chipotle hash brown wrap. He asked me what protein and I said turkey and he gave me just the turkey wrap and he goes. Oh you asked for turkey and I’m like no I told you about the hash brown chipotle and then he’s talking to my wife or didn’t hear him saying turkey so I mean he doesn’t understand English properly and he’s working at Dunkin wow

Thanks. Pretty good overall. Flight delayed but at 1:30 in the morning the Indian guy there was still going. Very nice guy.

Only one person on shift in the middle of the day, in an airport where people have timelines to meet nonetheless

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I’ve ordered a multitude of bacon egg and cheeses from different Dunkin’s in my area and not once have I ever experienced this. Terrible

They don’t provide free ice cream?!!! The first I’ve ever encountered in Dunkin

The breakfast sandwich was pretty good for airport food

They messed up my drink. Enough said!!

One person can only service one customer at a time. They should have more employees on the overnight shift.
