Saw a roach crawling outside

Ordered the sourdough breakfast sammi and it tasted just like oven cleaner. We both had to toss them. I don't think I've ever put something so disgusting in my mouth in my life. No joke! 🤢

This is against this whole tip culture. I ordered two donuts as take away and the guy was not friendly but once I was about to pay, it show me tip (10% / 15% / 20% / 25%).

Common guys just to pack two donuts which is your job, they are asking for tip.

Also tip is not a right but appreciation for service. The guy was rude and when I sad no tip, he gave very weird look.

Dunkin Donuts should stop this harassment. Increase the price and pay them well.

Very rude staff,my friend and I in front of the bar,The staff pretended to be blind and I don’t know what he was busy with,he was counting the money and without any word to his customers,we’re customers and we have to wait for him for more than 8min with no “hello” even we are the only customers at that time. We all know what’s the basic service.To the staff we met:”even for the strangers you don’t say hello?lol,if you don’t like your job,change it,we just want to get the food,you give us the negative emotional influence ,hope you could be happy in the future working time :)”we will never choose this place anymore.

avoid this place，Do not come to this store!! My friend and I were transferring here, and we were all very hungry. When there were only two customers, the shop assistant who had no family upbringing chose to ignore our order request and delay our time by counting money, so we stood in the front desk and watched him count money for five minutes in embarrassment. I can't believe the owner would put such a disrespectful clerk at the front desk. In addition, the hygiene of this store is also very troublesome, especially the staff's hands, do not wear gloves, and there are obvious stains, very poor ordering experience

Got two strawberry donuts with sprinkles. Donuts came with no sprinkles and A STRAND OF BLACK HAIR on one of the donuts!! Not only is it disgusting it violates hygiene rules and shows a lack of care and visual attention from the staff. Also got a lemonade which was very good I must say.

Not enough staff members. The store is 24hrs and as I arrived 1st & 2nd time no one was there but food was still left out. So workers are not tending to customers & abandoning their post.

Haven’t seen any one move slower than these folks
