This was Duncan Donut's last chance with me, and unfortunately, he failed to gain my satisfaction, and I will have to return to Starbucks. I will specify the reasons. I was given my favorite drink, which is a matcha latte, and it doesn't taste perfect. A quarter of the cup is foam and foam of milk, which disappears after less than a minute. This is entirely unlike Starbucks. The taste is very, very bad. The price is more expensive than Starbucks. Although the cup at Starbucks is larger. Unfortunately, I will not return to Dunkin' Donuts again, and I will attach a proof pictures to clarify so no one will consider me an attack without proofBy the way, the gentleman in the store was not a customer-centric man as his attitude also not for sales person. The whole experience was very bad and I will never repeat it, especially since I have a 6-hour flight ahead of me

This location in Terminal A was small and tidy. It is close to the baggage claom area. At the time, it was not much crowded, and the line moved fast. Ordered avocado toasts were decent. Price appeared reasonable, and staff were found pleasant and helpful. Overall, it was a solid experience.

The rudest customer service you can never have. You give them your order and they can completely give you an order that you never even gave. And then turn around and blame you for it. This is a little ridiculous. It was so bad I asked for a refund and receipt. Not only do they only refund in cash even if you pay with the credit card they also gave me a receipt for someone else’s order because they couldn’t reprint mine. And it was for a munchkin and I ordered a coffee.

So slow. Better have lot of time if you want to stop here

Extremely slow, which is unacceptable in an airport, especially for a fast food chain. Almost 15 minutes for a sandwich even though there were few people there, around ten people at most. The sandwich was good although they made an ingredient mistake, the donut was not fresh and the hash browns were cold. In short, I wouldn't go back there.

Front older lady cashier yelled at me cause I didn’t ask for sweetener the first time when I ordered and had to go back lol , Comon… be better.

Very rude staff at the front desk, they took 12 min to make my egg and cheese and top of that the bread is burnt, avoid this place.

This particular Dunkin’ Donuts is located in Terminal C near gate 114 and next to the Wendy’s.I updated the location on the Google Maps as it had the pin in the middle of nowhere.

I am a Dunkin Donuts addict. I need to get some help, LOL. Anyway, the experience is mostly average like in any other store in the US.
The people running the Dunkin Donuts at C110 are awesome. Give them a raise!

The staff tried to gaslight me into accepting a decaf coffee when I ordered a decaf tea, proceeded to give me less cream than I asked for and I just gave up because I don't feel like arguing with underpaid staff at 2:30 in the morning. Avocado toast tastes chemical. Atmosphere gets some points because their regulars seem to get tested well and maintain some sort of joviality.

I frequent this location a lot when I travel in the morning, and because of the long lines I usually just pre-order in the app. It can still take a while, but at least I don't have to wait in line and they always put a ton of cream cheese on my bagel and my coffee is always as ordered. For an airport Dunkin' it's very convenient and far cheaper than most other options in Terminal C if you're not in a lounge.

Located just before the stairs for C114 and C115. Small, but serves the basics. There could be lines in the mornings, otherwise fine.

Bad idea, bad service.Go to Starbucks or the other coffee places instead located in same area. After I drank the coffee (only thing I had for the day) I went straight to the bathroom to bring it back up. I was sick the entire time on the plane and on my vacation. Food poisoning.
