Went through the drive through around 8 pm because the store itself was closed to go inside. I ordered mobile pickup (just a regular hot coffee) and some munchkins for the road. When I said my name, the cashier immediately apologized and said there aren't any munchkins left. Sadly there weren't any sweets left but I said not to worry about it.When I got to the last window to pick up the coffee, the cashier ended up giving me a hash brown which I thought was super kind! He was the only one working there and the line behind me was busy. He didn't have to do that but I really appreciated it! 10/10 customer service!

I went to this Dunkin to get donuts for my family, there were no donuts whatsoever. So we instead we got 25 munchkins and 2 muffins. They tastes dull and old. We always go to this location but they haven’t had good stuff there for a while now.

I loved the other people that used to work there but now they changed they're rude to the customers, disrespectful, gives attitude when you order a lot of stuffs. Although I didn't give attitude they will give you one back.Talking about the food they don't cook your food fully anymore. The cheese doesn't even stick and the egg was still a bit runny.

Barely come here cause the area is so tight for your car. Made my order as easy as possible and it still seemed to be hard for the girl to understand . I didn’t give any attitude when I had to repeat my self multiple times. Yet when I came to the window I got attitude back. Makes no sense. I said my order as clear ! They need to upgrade their microphones and headsets cause they can’t hear nothing

Everything is slow. Think they need more employees. Everyday I literally wait 30 minutes for a coffee and a plain bagel smh

Went in the drive through Around 3 PM on a Tuesday. No line. Even has a parking lot! The attendant was helpful and made a really good iced Matcha almond milk latte. Also got a doughnut. Used my app for my free beverage reward. Was a good experience all in all, nothing note worthy. Standard Dunkin' Donuts!
