Where do I begin. This establishment is one of the worst in the Dunkin Donuts franchise. This must be a private owned Dunkin because the service absolutely suck. The workers completely overtalk you, mess up your order, then when you tell them that's not my order, they begin to TELL YOU what you ordered. The rolling of the eyes and sucking of the teeth about a mistake they made because there such a distinct language barrier is mind boggling. Then I asked for some extra ketchup for my breakfast, LORD JESUS, why did I do that, you would of thought I was asking for 100 million rupees. From this day forward I will go to Starbucks in Penn Station, and if they're closed I will just be hungry before I give another red cent to this Dunkin Donuts location.

Nerali, the manager at this location, has no business sense nor a sense of responsibility to care for those in her community. After I ordered and paid for hash-browns, the night shift worker denied me water at this location saying he would need to charge the amount of a hot tea.
I asked simply “why” — since the materials it takes to make a tea are objectively less expensive than what it takes to make a cup of hot water. He could not give a logically coherent answer and instead blamed the homeless as the reason they couldn’t give it out water, a basic human right, for free.
Furthermore, I saw the waitstaff leave his post and the building, thereby neglecting customers for 10 minutes, to chat and walk with a family. He also did not give back exact change to a customer who came after me whilst I was looking up Dunkin’s free water policy, and he wore the same gloves to handle food as he did the filthy coins he’d counted. This has to be a health infraction.
I have the funds to pay. What I don’t have is the callousness of the workers — from management to staff — who view keeping themselves as far away from their fellow community members as more important than delivering value to the Americans Dunkin’ serves.
(Also, the hash browns tasted of gas from a gas stove. Really uncertain if this location is following proper cooking protocol. Please change management, and I will come back when in the area.)

To the owner can you refund me my change. Up to this day no refund. I went there in February or so. I will find receipt. I buy a cheese twist and a coffee and this gal gave my $11.00 do change to a panhandler. I pay for my order so O can get change for the bus. I told the police to write a report. It did not so I’m asking for the funds. Here telling me In not gospel because I get upset. Refused to give me the change. You don’t give me money. Can you refund please! I hand the cashier a $20 bill. She tender the change to someone else’s hand. And refused to refund. I threw back the order. I did not make a line to buy to get theft and have my change handed to other.

I ordered a Croissant Egg and Cheese and I got a low calorie snack with a mini Croissant with half an egg and barely any Cheese.... How cheap can you get...I'm not coming back to this store again!
