To the owner can you refund me my change. Up to this day no refund. I went there in February or so. I will find receipt. I buy a cheese twist and a coffee and this gal gave my $11.00 do change to a panhandler. I pay for my order so O can get change for the bus. I told the police to write a report. It did not so I’m asking for the funds. Here telling me In not gospel because I get upset. Refused to give me the change. You don’t give me money. Can you refund please! I hand the cashier a $20 bill. She tender the change to someone else’s hand. And refused to refund. I threw back the order. I did not make a line to buy to get theft and have my change handed to other.

I ordered a Croissant Egg and Cheese and I got a low calorie snack with a mini Croissant with half an egg and barely any Cheese.... How cheap can you get...I'm not coming back to this store again!

Received wrong drink(I am vegan and severely allergic to dairy++!) Order med hot almond milk latte with 3stevias, they gave me a pumpkin latte with milk! Thank God I smelled the artificial pumpkin & milk and threw away; I could have ended up in hospital...:( Meanwhile, when I left Dunkin counter I immediately had to catch a cab from the staton to get to my destination 45mins away, which is when I realized they'd given me wrong drink so I could not go back unfortunately; however, I tried calling them multiple times to no avail/no answer. I ultimately put in an issue ticket via Dunkin app to receive credit for issue. I won't go back to that location.I pray they do better going forward for others.God bless everyone.

the employee with the black beard, joseph, greets you with the most unpleasant face at the register. so evidently mistreats workers and customers. the customer ahead of me was 66 cents short, and he was being so visibly annoyed about the entire thing. your entire job is customer service, do better joseph. ??

The Dunkin app for whatever reason doesn't scan free coffees anymore with it's new system. The workers refuse to give me the coffee even though I literally activated my points right in front of him. Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. WILL never return to this garbage location.

The lady at the front Register lied to me 2 x about the Boston donut, she’s terrible I asked her if it had Boston inside and she said NO, I’m Allergic! This place is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever seen in my life! Please avoid for your own safe and just go to Starbucks down the hall!
