The Dunkin app for whatever reason doesn't scan free coffees anymore with it's new system. The workers refuse to give me the coffee even though I literally activated my points right in front of him. Worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. WILL never return to this garbage location.

Rude old ladies that pick fights with the customers for NO REASON. Witnessed her yelling and accusing another young employee of something they never did. Everyone else was respectful and nice. Those old ladies though… yikes.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I tried to email corporate about this cashier that threw money at me and caught a big attitude and even tried to talk about me in a different language just because I wanted a refund after she tried to deny me the coffee special I didn't appreciate that she was yelling at me like I did something wrong smh this place is unorganized and messy and the manager that was on shift didn't do anything about it that's not even the ice breaker I emailed corporate about this situation and they got the general manager to try to give me free food and not get rid of the rude cashier shame on this company you failed me by not handling this situation both manger and cashier should be fired but every day when I go by they are still there ??? Yall horrible and I got receipts and the emails I sent out to y'all why was nothing done y'all don't care ?
