Unclean tables and trash in eating area. Disgusting mess in bathroom left for customers employees were alerted and did not care also gave me a hard time when I asked for soap to wash my hands. Very unsanitary also horrible customer service.

Very horrible experience. I decided to visit downtown Newark and get something to eat and was disappointed at the service I received. The male employee on 10/10/25 at 10:15am was very unprofessional to the colored customers. I was rushed through ordering my order and my order most of my order wasn’t received. Do not go here if you want to be treated properly like a customer spending your money .

Service is not good. They don't let you use the bathroom even if you are a loyal customer. If it was white, would you like to leave? The level of disrespect is real. Don't go here.
The level of disrespect to not allow a customer to use the bathroom. I bet if i was white i would be allowed to use the bathroom. So disappointed in dunkin. I recently switched to be a regular from starbucks but clearly i made the wrong decision. Horrible experience- do not come here.
