I’m honestly not sure why they are in business . Very poor Customer service and the food sucks, every single time . They make the worse coffee/ latte in the world. If you have a dietary restriction, they will not accommodate you. It’s unfortunate they are the only coffee shop in the area.

As wonderfully "entertaining" Nwk Penn station can be, I prefer to wait for my shuttle over here and I order my Caramel Macchiatto via the Dunkin app, to save time and makes me feel like if I'm at the airport, bout to board a plane and go somewhere!
