I’m a manager at another Dunkin and I place a order for my sister once in awhile on the app and the manager there said she won’t make our order because sometimes she gets it for free but I’m using my POINTS !! It ain’t free at all !! I talk to the manager and I’m explaining to her this isn’t free when I’m using my points. And she hung up the phone with me. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Their bathroom seems to be always out ofor such franthis place should be closed down power the employees using the bathroom and washing your hands this type of establishment always seems not willing to let customers use the bathroom obvious.
Ly i would never tip an establishment.
That does not have a working bathroom.

Fodd is extremely overpriced with the same taste it always had,nothing fancy. I also asked for double meat because I do not eat eggs and was told that would cost extra, no way! $15.00 for 2 sausage and cheese croissants and one coffee. I was eating more bread than meat. Ridiculous!
Parking: Again, food is mediocre and less of it for more money.

I’m mortified! I was accosted, scratched up and embarrassed by the new manager, a Moroccan Lady, over a few straws to use to drink my keurig K cups that I’ve purchased at the same store.
I have been visiting this store for over 14 years and have never had an issue. All the staff are familiar with me and have treated me with respect on every visit. Even the owner is familiar with me, who have also offered me a bag of straws to use however i like. I stopped in the store as per usual to retrieve 12 straws, the new Moroccan manager stopped me and told me verbatim, “I’m paying for those!” i responded by asking who she was having known the owner and previous managers. Last i remembered she was the same cashier who rung up my order and didn’t even know what a keurig cup was. She replied by snatching the straws from my hand and told me I could have only one.
I reached out to the one of the employee that I was familiar with and who was also standing there, he confirmed to her who I was and my business there. She turned around to me and stated that if he gives it to me, he will be in trouble. I then took up a few straws and left the store. Due to the adrenaline I didn’t examine my arm until i got home to shower for work where i saw the scratches.
I returned today to speak with the manager about some scratches that i received as a result but the bullying manager who disrespectfully disregarded me and told the staff to go attend to someone else. She then proceeded to make a big scene in the store infront of all the customers accusing me of stealing that she allegedly caught on camera.
I am dumbfounded to this minute. If this is what service has come to as being acceptable then I will need to reevaluate where i spend my hard earned money. Please stand clear of this store and this new power tripping of manager.
This is not only assault but a blatant disregard of the customer service laws that is put in place to protect us as customers and how we spend our money. This woman is a liability to the legacy of Dunkin Donuts.

You guys need to slow down and pay attention everytime I order there’s something wrong.
I have been going to this location for over 6 years; the staff has always provided fast, and courteous customer service. Recently the 3 men that opens in the a.m are truly awesome at their job; they know my order more recent: Plain toasted bagel, butter, extra jelly, and a corn muffin. Thank you for remembering the extra jelly, and for looking out for me throughout these past years. The timely customer services skills are "Greatly" appreciated; it has saved me from being late for work on many mornings.
Parking: 2 lots for parking with a quick in and out process.
Kid-friendliness: Newark can have some rough customers at times. These DnD morning staff are awesome at what they do, please be kind and respectful. They are truly looking out for you. Thx

The service there is fast they learn their customers and are a great team. They enjoy the smile that leave everyday. Their customer service is always the best I prefer them over all others
