This particular Dunkin' Donuts is Always my first stop every morning. Staff makes orders fresh and with precise efficiency - accuracy that is unbelievably great considering the amount of people that come thru this popular travel center every day.
These workers deal with more than meets me the eye and handle it with professional and courteous actions and communication. In a rush? I recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app, however don't be upset if there is still a delay or wait involved.
Plenty of transit police/security that efficiently handle thehoneless population from theft or inappropriate actions.
Worth it every every morning and sometimes late night? Definitely YES!!!

I seldom review chain restaurants, but this Dunkin is above average. I work in the connected buildings and go here very often. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that the dark roast is not burnt and the people who work here are friendly and personable. The staff knows how you like your coffee and they actually engage in conversations with their customers. Good work Dunkin @ Horizon BCBS
