The new lady they have working there is rude and extremely slow. I asked her if what she put out was mine, she ignored me. I said thank you, she ignored me. She lost two customers while I was there waiting for my items. While they were waiting she didn't apologize or say shed be right with them, instead she was too busy flirting with the man in front of me.

Worst dunking donuts ever . They are so slow in the morning . All the worker do is make your coffee without stiring it . DO NOT GO THERE . THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

I seldom review chain restaurants, but this Dunkin is above average. I work in the connected buildings and go here very often. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that the dark roast is not burnt and the people who work here are friendly and personable. The staff knows how you like your coffee and they actually engage in conversations with their customers. Good work Dunkin @ Horizon BCBS

I've been to this location before but today they blew me away. I tried ordered from the app for the first time and realized, after I got to this location to pick up my order, that I had ordered from the wrong location. Not only did they make my order right away they didn't charge me since I had paid the other location. Really turned my morning around!
