I was waiting 10 minutes for an order I put in for pickup an additional 10 minutes in advanced, and the order still was not ready. I had to leave the store without my order

I asked for extra sugar I'm my coffee and it tasted like there was non. Brisket scramble was cold. They piled orders on counter without calling numbers. I had to look thru everybody else's food to get to mine. I only went inside bc the drive thru line was too long.

Today 12/13 I was Made a sandwhich with paper in it. I ate Half of it came back and showed them and they refused to give me a refund. They said sometimes it happens during busy time, implying they feed their customers paper when they’re not paying attention. I asked for two donuts in Lou of their mistake and they said no as well.

Manager is extremely rude. Everyone else is nice. They always get my drink right. The environment is always better when he isn't around. It becomes chaotic when he's present

Im not sure who works here during off hours when only the drive-thru is open, but I’ve been a couple of times with a few people, everyone had a different coffee order and everything was bad, to the point of not being edible. Everything! It’s one thing to not make it correctly and it’s another for the coffee to always be absolutely disgusting

If I could give this location a zero, I would. This was by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I ordered a drink, and even after confirming my order verbally, they got it wrong. The staff are consistently rude, and I had a major issue with a $50 charge that wasn’t refunded after they failed to provide my food. When I asked the manager about it, he was extremely unhelpful and rude, clearly trying to avoid issuing a refund. Despite my proof through receipts and bank transactions, he became confrontational and started yelling instead of resolving the problem. Eventually, I was referred to the regional manager, who was polite and attempted to help, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed.

The environment at this location is uncomfortable overall. There have been inappropriate interactions, with older employees reportedly hitting on freshman college students who come in as customers, which is completely unacceptable. My call to action is for management to remove this terrible manager and ensure the staff receive training on basic courtesy and professionalism. On a positive note, I want to acknowledge one helpful employee who went above and beyond to retrieve my friend’s phone from the trash—he was respectful and genuinely helpful, which I appreciated.

For the last couple of days I've purchased the dunkin decaf coffee and it has been made either tasting burnt or it's not made correctly.

I really hope a Manager or GM see this!! Do not fill up HOT coffee to rim please. My father brought a black coffee only to find out the lid was not secure which caused his hand to be burn. He didn't want to go to the emergency room but as his daughter I must address my concern. Do not fill HOT COFFEE to the rim & alway provide a sleeve!!!!

Stupid employees can't follow simple requests. Asked for a sourdough sandwich without cheese cause I'm allergic. Now I have a sandwich that I can't eat and wasted money.
