The manager is always yelling at his workers and he doesn’t know how to communicate without being rude . I was in the drive thru ordering and one of workers couldn’t hear what I was saying so manager started screaming at him and was all up in his face this could of all been avoided if the manager wasn’t so rude and disrespectful

It was a total dismal. The black coffee I got was no better than water, with a pinch of coffee in it. Also, it smelled really bad, like pretty stale. This is the usual place I visited, but the last visit was a havoc. All of the family felt bad about what we received.

the food here is utterly disgusting. my first time going there were flies all over the donuts that they’re serving to customers. i came a second time for breakfast and wow it was the worst thing i ever put in my mouth. the bagel had a weird aftertaste to it, i think it was old. the only want to mask the taste of was by smothering it in cream cheese. the hashbrowns were cold, burnt, and also tasted old. how do hashbrowns looked fried and cold at the same time, idk. lastly, the strawberry refresher was a absolutely disgusting, i dont know how anyone could ever eat from this place. their food is worse than all the other dunkins ive been to.

I came to pick up an order and I showed him the name of the person and he rather squeezed his eyes and continued walking ignoring me. I was standing for 10 minutes and two employees were doing nothing, and the one who was busy making orders was the only one who asked me what I was waiting for. For only 3 donuts they ignore one. Improve customer service
Donuts were fresh, and the bathroom was clean. However, I was repulsed by one of the workers wearing an old white tanktop that was sagging down to the point where i was able to see her stomach and notice she had no bra. Not to mention she was smoking her vape inside.
