I went in around 6:40 PM today Saturday 10/11/2025 and immediately noticed a female employee wearing a hijab sitting on the counter scrolling through her phone. This is both unprofessional and a clear health code concern. When I walked in, she glanced at me briefly, then went right back to her phone without greeting or offering assistance.
After waiting for about a minute, I asked if I could place an order. She looked up, seemed annoyed, and said “yes,” but didn’t get up right away. After a few more minutes, she finally got up and helped me and then went right back to sit on the counter again.
When I asked to use the restroom, she said it was “closed,” though there was no sign saying it was for employees only.
The overall experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward customers. Staff are paid to provide service, not to sit on counters and treat paying customers as if they’re inconveniences or their peasants.
This was a disappointing experience and not what I expect from any establishment. I hope management addresses this behavior appropriately.

I had donut with a coffee and tbh they were some of the best donuts from a dunkin ive ever had they were extra fluffy today (i ordered early in the morning)

Randomlu stopped here for a breakfast bagel. The location was convenient for me and I was happy to see how clean it was inside and the staff were nice. Once I gave my order my food was quickly prepared. I will be stopping here again when I am in the neighborhood.

I meet a sweet lady there called Youma,she is the sweetest and really the best at what she does. She is really fast and always serves the right things. She the reason why I go to that this Dunkin.
