I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The service was poor, particularly if you're not a regular customer. I had to wait a long time to place my order, as they prioritized those who arrived after me simply because they were known to the staff. Unfortunately, many items I wanted to try were unavailable. I ended up ordering the Morocho, but it was served cold (it’s typically hot) and was more liquid than expected, with only a few pieces of corn. Overall, I was not impressed and left feeling quite dissatisfied

The food is delicious. It is one of the few places in the area with excellent guayacan food. The service is very good and the waitresses are very friendly.

Yesterday in the pouring cold rain I decided to go to this restaurant. I was a bad idea. Not only did the not accommodate in having and English menu but no one spoke English and another customer had to step in to help. I don't mind that no one spoke English this can happen but my order ended up being WRONG and it was difficult to even correct it because they didn't have any service staff that could even help. So they change my order and it still ended up wrong but that time the other order was made and the old one correct it was cold. It also was not very appetizing by the time I got home. They were polite but this shouldn't happen. The menu could have a least had photo's to help but I believe this is actually against local ordinance or law to not have the menu in English I could be wrong but I thought prices and language are supposed to be clearly printed.
Anyway I guess we should take it up with the Mayor health dept or whomever grades and inspects these places.

Unfortunately the food doesn't have the quality and flavor that one expects. They have pictures on the menu but the food that you receive is totally different, it was my fault I didn't ask how the dish comes but if you see a pic you assume that that is what you'll receive. The waitress was kind and helpful.
