Today I remembered why I had stopped buying there, they serve you whatever they want, today I bought two hams and when I got home I saw them all burnt, full of leather, no meat, they don't even eat it, apart from that, a attention peeeeeessima!!

The food is very good, the service excellent,
But the environment, that is, the place is not adequate for you to eat inside, if the temperature outside is 90 degrees, inside it is 110 degrees, those conditions are inhumane for the customers and even more so for the employees, someone please do something.

Beware ⚠️ There was hair in my food couple of strands of it,
The meal was cold and tasteless
The servers didn't care when letting and showing her it.
Still payed full price.

Well, I've been calling for a combo for about three days and they never have it, so why do they have the combo on the menu?

I'm happy they have good chicharron. My problem is you guys are SLOW! It's always like 3 to 4 people behind the counter and it takes like 15 mins just to bag my food up. All we are doing is pointing at what we want and they scoop it as you move along. I watched how slow one girl was moving just to open the bag and put my food in. Lol lol lol ?? rapido, rapido

It doesn't matter how early I go. It never has pechugina, or pechurina, I don't know how to say it. Well, the girls who work there ask the kitchen if they are going to make more and they always tell me no. I live 5 minutes from there, And I better go to the Mangu express in Clifton and there is always something fresh there. To the one from Newark Noooooo!!!

If you like Spanish food typical Dominican fair. This is the place tasty Buget friendly. And the staff are easy on the eyes. For a quick bite or forgot dinner it's perfect. But there's nothing like homemade cooking.....

Parking: Small parking lotShared with the pizzeria and are known for giving tickets park at your own risk

Kid-friendliness: Busy intersection.

Great food for the price. I would definitely recommend it if you’re in the mood for some Dominican food while you’re on Bloomfield Avenue in Newark.

The food was literally cold. Some was warm. Some was cold. The empanada was stale. Embarrassingly so. I threw it away. I hate wasting food, but it was unsalvageable. The mangu was actually good, once I got home and heated it thoroughly.
