Essa is my new go to when it comes to sending a taste of New York as a thank you. All 3 of my orders arrived quickly, were fresh as can be and got rave reviews from Oklahoma, California and Kansas. Worst bagel I’ve ever had. 10/10 do not recommend. Bagel was rock hard and cold why even ask if I want it toasted it wasn’t even crispy nor warm. My bagel wasn’t even cut all the way through. Overpriced. Not worth it.

So, I'm at Newark Airport and I just had about the worst bagel sandwich I've ever had in my life. For a place that "specializes" in bagels you'd think that they'd be good, but my tuna sesame bagel sandwich was like chewing through plywood.
A good toasted bagel should be crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Well, this bagel was crunchy on the outside but the inside was like chewing through wood.
Unless you wanna go schedule an emergency dental appointment after earing here, I'd advise you to avoid.
