The fact that I paid $62 for two aperol spritz’s is absurd. This place is terrible.

I know it's tempting. It's the first decent looking restaurant after security but avoid at all costs. Food is sub-par, doesn't even try to match the menu. Fazollis is much better so.... Alcohol is astronomically priced even by airport standards. You'll probably fight with the barflies tripping over themselves to get a smile out of the person working there. Then the bill comes and it's 30% fees. Just get a little farther down the terminal and have a decent experience elsewhere.

Be careful when ordering from the kiosk. I placed an order last night and today two transactions from last night appeared. It was already flying at that time and the order was under the name Amazon. When I called the bank, they notified me it was from the pizzeria. Beware, it's fraud!

Sat down at the bar because this was one of the least busy options, only one or 2 others at the bar and a couple of parties at the tables. The bar was dirty and we had to clean it off ourselves. Sat there for at least 10 minutes prior to having anyone approach us and easily waited another 10 minutes to receive the beer my husband ordered. The waiter seemed to be doing everything but serving customers and never brought me the water I ordered. He told us the Margherita pizza we ordered ($24 for a personal pizza) would be 30 min. We chose to wait for it. When it finally came out flight had just started boarding. I asked him for a box and he gave me an annoyed look and I thanked him and asked for the check when he a had a second as well. He promptly closed us out. We gave a $3 tip, mostly because of how long we had to wait for the beer, never receiving the water and in general just not being waited on. We scarfed down a couple pieces of the pizza and the waiter promptly returned to take our box away. My husband asked for the box back as we were about to pack the remaining pizza up to catch our flight. The guy asked us why were eating in the restaurant then. If im paying over $40 for a pizza and a beer with less than half-assed service, id like to eat my food where I please, but mostly didnt want to abandon my over priced pizza or have to wait who knows how long to get the take out box. I hope they fire that waiter as he truly seems to have no place in the service industry. The other guys making the food seemed fine. The food was standard for an airport bar.

Extremely slow service, crappy food, and rude staff. Can't say I've ever wanted to throw hands with a waiter before but one of the employees (middle eastern guy) was pushing his luck. Very rude. The other employees were apologetic. We left as soon as we could.

Had a 4 hours overlay and I needed somewhere with refillable coffee , somewhere less crowded and access to power point. Found a seat at the bar counter. Sausage is quite salty and goes well with the scrambled egg. Coffee is standard and what you would expect but it is hot and fresh. The staff were prompt when I asked them for a refill or the Cheque and they left me to my work for almost the 2 hours I was there. I will come back if there is another overlay with time to kill.

Waiter did not like when i was giving him 5% tip. He cancelled the transaction and did no tip and passes the machine to me and said on my face saying it wont pay my bill. Avoid this restaurant bad staff. You can also see other reviews. Service was bad even though i was giving him tip. Needed to ask for plates and water which is first thing you give when you leave just pizza. No initiative from him to talk.

Our server was inattentive and we as chatting with other employees for our entire shift. Food was fine for the airport but the service from Laura was egregiously bad.

“margarita” pizza came out 35 min after I ordered- after 30 I asked why it was taking so long and the staff looked shocked and put it in right away— however the rush to complete my order after forgetting about it lead to my pizza being underdone (doughy and chewy) and having approximately a single piece of basil on it. Total mistake for paying $20 for the smallest pizza I’ve ever seen and wasting my time waiting when I should have been at my gate

Wanted to share a positive review. Came in during a quiet lunch hour looking for a spot to grab food and take a call. There are a few small booths to the side with power outlets, and service was quick and efficient. I had the bucati cacio e pepe with meatballs and it was great. Thank you for the gracious service and cozy atmosphere!

I ordered a pizza off the kiosk and when I went to sit down with my pizza I was yelled at by a waitress saying I wasn’t allowed to eat my pizza that I ordered there since I ordered off the kiosk instead of from a waitress. Never heard of that and the instructions were extremely unclear. If that was a common rule I would’ve ordered from a waitress. She proceeded to berate me, my wife, and my 1 year old for “intentionally” ordering off the kiosk to avoid giving her a tip. With that attitude she definitely didn’t deserve a tip! I work in food service and could never imagine belittling and disrespecting a paying customer like the way she treated me and my family! I would’ve left some cash on the table if she were nicer about it. Would definitely never dine there again.

On 8/10 around 8:30am, my friend and I were discriminated against by the bar tender/waiter. We sat at the bar, and once we put our order in for drinks, the waiter pointed to the price of the drink to let us know how much it would be (even though we did not ask), and we said “ok.” He then told us that it would be a service charge, and we once again said “ok.” He then proceeded to tell us that the establishment did not take cash (again without us asking about it), and we still replied that it were fine. He proceeded to make our drinks l, brought them over and then asked for our ID’s. We joked about why we were being asked for them after the drinks were made. He stated that it were company policy to card everyone, which is understandable. As time went on, more customers arrived to the seating area and the bar. Customers with different skin color than my friend and myself. The bartender/waiter did not ask for any of their ID’s when they asked for drinks, nor did he tell them about a service fee or the fact that they did not accept cash. This did not sit well with me and made me feel discriminated against because why were we the only customers that he decided to relay this information to about prices, service charges and card payments while also not carding anyone else but us? He also never came back to ask us if we needed anything else or wanted another round of drinks, but did so with other customers. Once we were finished and needed to be on our way to our gate, we asked for the check. When he brought it over, I asked to speak with him on the side to let him know how he made us feel as paying customers. He told us that some people do not tip and that’s why he told us about the service charge. Also that we didn’t have to tip if we weren’t happy. It was never about the tip. It was about singling us out and not treating other customers the same. He then went on about telling people about the service charge who only order drinks. A gentleman a few seats down from us only ordered a drink but was never told about the service charge or carded for ID. I let him know this as we had been watching since the gentleman sat down. He just kept repeating that we didn’t have to tip. I repeatedly told him that it wasn’t about the top. Once I saw that the conversation was going in circles, I paid our bill and left. It has been on my mind all day, so I felt the need to relay this information. I’m not sure what experience he may have had in the past with people of color, but it was completely unprofessional to treat us that way and not anyone else. Had he been this way with all customers, it would not have been a problem. Please provide additional training to this employee on discrimination and workplace ethics. It would be a shame for him to treat others this way and put your establishment at risk for a third party racial discrimination claim.

While the atmosphere seemed inviting, my experience was anything but. I waited over 30 minutes just to place a to-go order. This was not because there was a line of customers, but because the staff was overwhelmed attending to seated diners. The woman taking my order expressed her frustration with how busy the restaurant was.

When I received my food, one of the items was made incorrectly. The salad, which was supposed to have the dressing on the side, was soggy from how much had been added. When I pointed this out, I was told they were too busy to remake it. To make matters worse, when I opened the other item, I found a hair stuck to one of the fries.

I understand that they were busy, but this was a really disappointing experience. We ended up throwing both meals away - a total waste of $55USD.
