They really earn all those 1 start reviews. I ordered a turkey sub (not a hot sub) and after waiting 20 minutes they said there were still 2 orders ahead of me. I had to leave without my sandwich to avoid missing my flight.

As an Ex employee here I can tell you guys the food is terrible ,sometimes it’s old shredded lettuce being used , the reason why there’s always only one person working is because the management sucks ?whole place is a joke don’t even waste your time buying here, expensive and the Meat is not even FULLY cooked , again

Be prepared to wait minimum of 30 min for food, went 2 times because we fly a lot and tried again hoping it was just a bad day last time and it was still the same , slow, slow ,slow they are in no hurry at

Staff and restaurant is nice. That’s about it! If you’re looking for a whole sub for $10, you won’t find it here! You’ll only get half, that’s right, a half of a sub. Mediocre cheese and eggs that could’ve been cooked by a high schooler. Couldn’t taste any seasoning and I feel like I should’ve went to the restaurant down the hallway and tried something else. Needless to say I won’t be coming back for the food.

Not sure who owns this particular franchise but you need to seriously just stop by or send someone and watch how these employees ( crew working 11/29 around 8:00 A.M. behave and treat your customers. It is really a disgrace and a disgrace to whoever owns this place to represent your company like this. Maybe no one cares but you should.

the lady with glasses is a complete ***hole, the staff is completely lost and not friendly at all. they expect humans to communicate telepathically. horrible horrible service !

Arrived at this Firehouse Subs two hours before my plane was scheduled to leave.I’m thankful I arrived early. After waiting 20 mins, I decided to pull up the location’s Google entry; every negative review is correct: they have 1 person working while the other employees walk around lost. For some reason, the employees whisper your order number when the order is ready.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Firehouse Subs but have to say that this was a terrible experience. After 25 mins waiting, 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. I very politely asked the to have my 2 incorrect sandwich’s made correctly (they were not supposed to have onions & my kids won’t eat them). They pulled up my receipt which said no onion and told me to just eat it. I let them know the kids won’t eat it so I waited another 15 mins. She hands me one sandwich. I asked for the 2nd and they told me I can eat that one… they took my 2nd remake another 10 mins to put pre-cooked meat and cheese on bread. The whole time, the woman gave this blank stare.Seriously though, if you hate your job that much and can’t read an order (enough to pull the receipt and show me that I ordered it correctly) please don’t work with people or food. This was 45mins wait in total. I can see why the reviews are terrible.
