If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The customer service is abysmal, with staff conversing in their own languages and ignoring customers. The pancakes seem to be made with disdain, and I wouldn't consider returning. Spending $17 USD for three pancakes is completely unjustifiable. Additionally, I've posted about the disrespectful and unmannerly employees, particularly the two ladies who seem disinterested in their work in the picture!

I travel by air at least twice a month, and the service, price and food quality was significantly worse than any other airport restaurant I have visited in recent memory. I had a long layover and decided to have a sit down lunch. Ordering is done through a QR-code, which one would have thought would have speed-up the process, but it did not. Instead you just sit there for an eternity wondering if your order went through because no one comes by until your food is served. When I was there, the restaurant was serving ~4 customers, so the number of servers far exceeded the number of tables being served. However, I have never experienced slower and more "absent" wait staff. In the time I was there two customers left without being served so they would not miss their connecting flights; neither had the time to wait for a manager to finally come around to address their complaints/give them refunds for not receiving service, each giving up after waiting an additional 10 min. I ordered eggplant parmesan and an iced tea ($45)–it took approximately 45 min to be served my meal after ordering it through the restaurant's website. My server came to my table once the entire time I was there (~1 hour to 1 hour 15 min total stay in the restaurant), so no refills on the iced tea. The food was rather substandard; both the eggplant parmesan and pasta side were soggy, cold, and tasteless like they had been sitting out after being cooked for at least half an hour. It was not awful, it just was not what anyone would call good. Even if it were served once cooked and factoring in the airport up-charge, the food is at least 75% overpriced. Honestly the worst airport dining experience I have suffered through in at least a decade.

Do NOT come to this location. For $17.00 you would expect a proper stack of pancakes… Not only did we only receive 3 small pancakes, we received 3 paper thin pancakes… for $17.00! To top it off, there was NO line, yet the employee moved at the pace of a large disabled sloth. I could’ve made pancake batter from scratch and finished cooking the whole batch before this woman could lift her spatula. After waiting nearly 20 minutes we started to realize why nobody was going to this breakfast spot… DO NOT make the mistake we made… you have been forewarned!

Overpriced paper thin pancakes that tasted like the griddle wasn’t cleaned from the lunch/dinner food cooked there. Extremely slow service.

Avoid this place at all costs. Employees could not possibly be less interested in doing their job or completing orders. After placing my order I had to ask a worker at a neighboring restaurant if anyone was even working here, as no one was present at the counter. When someone finally sauntered over, they proceeded to start my order then walk away for extended periods of time, overcooking my food and leaving other items cold. Worker also ignored me and walked away when I asked for syrup. Threw my order directly in the trash.

Terrible service. Peirre could not be less interested in her job and had a 20-minute conversation while our food burned. We were the only ones there and it took over half an hour to get our food, which was pedestrian cafe food at best. Avoid at all costs.

Mediocre place for food in the airport. Was hoping it would be great since it’s a “steakhouse” but it’s just another casual average spot. Got the Penne a la Vodka, Bone-in NY Strip and Iceberg Wedge Salad. They didn’t even give us real silverware, we had to use a plastic knife to cut our steak! Also, there’s no real “table service”, you have to order your food/drinks online.

My experience is hopefully not too common, but it seemed like the employees didn't care about completing my order, which was just some blueberry pancakes and bacon. It looked like the girl started my order ended her shift and the guy who took over wasn't really prepared. The pancakes came out oily and flat. One had more blue berry than pancake batter. The berries were at least fresh and ripe. I never did get my bacon and dumped half the pancake in the trash.

I should of looked at reviews first.service poor, food just o.k. , cost ridiculous. For spaghetti, steak sandwich and two coffees $80.00. No bread with spaghetti. Had to ask if it cost more for a second cup of coffee, answer no but they where out of coffee and it would take 5 minutes to make a fresh pot ????? Spent 2 hours before approached by server.

The pancakes are 5 star but the customer service 1 star. You have to place your order using a kiosk so there’s no person to talk to about your order prior to placing it and paying for it. I wanted a simple stack of pancakes with banana included. They had another banana chocolate covered pancake dish on the menu I didn’t want but they clearly offer banana on the menu (just not as an additional side that you can order from the kiosk). The first woman (I believe Latina) who appeared to be making my order, I asked if it was possible to add banana to my order because I could not do so from the kiosk. I even advised of my willingness to pay for it and she shrugged the idea of me paying additional and offered to add the bananas (very pleasant demeanor). Someone to her superior ended up coming to the grill and took over making my order and when the first woman conveyed to the other that I wanted to add bananas to my order she replied “bananas? she’s not getting any bananas!” and proceeded to make the plain stack of pancakes. Once the order was completed I can tell the first woman felt really badly that my request could not be accommodated after she promised. I was willing to pay extra for it if they simply had that option on the menu (which they did not). The 2nd woman (of Caribbean descent) after completing my pancakes (and it wasn’t busy) just scowled at me with so much ire and I gave it right back to her. I would have accepted a simple no but the attitude was over the top unnecessary. It’s too bad someone with such a poor demeanor represents this business.

Just a sanitation issue. Cook touched a lot of things with her bare hands, even the inside of the half and half container.

While we could comment on the food, that was not the worst part of the visit. Without our authorization, the server deducted points from our airline credit card (visa) that totaled nearly 19,000 miles. This was for two appetizers and four drinks totalling about $150. They ask for your card to get a 20% discount, but they went ahead and used points with the United mileage number on the back. We have been trying for nearly 2 months to get this reversed and pay with money for the snacks. What a huge mess. To replace the miles according to the United purchase rate, it would cost me $600. Never go there again.

This is not worth $19.76. The menu display mentioned two pigs in a blanket but only received one. So I ask the manager to get a refund.

Everything closing for changeover to lunch. Terrible service

Convenient ordering with QR code menu. The spaghetti meatball dish is mediocre at best. However, they do serve a delicious apple crumb dessert that arrived still partially frozen. The cappuccino is good. Had to request utensils. Some tables are uncomfortably close together. The floor looked filthy, but the tabletop was clean.
