I ordered one $35 beverage. It took 15 minutes to come. There are two other tables here. Not busy. She hands me a mini bottle of Moet and she was astonished when I asked for a GLASS. I was given a dirty glass with orange juice pulp still in it. I asked for a clean glass. She did not apologize just gave me dirty looks. Great service guys! I guess you can get away with it at a busy airport.

I ordered the Apple pie topped with salted caramel. The picture on their menu clearly shows a slice of apple pie which you would think would be average and topped with salted caramel. What was delivered was a tiny apple pie in a little tin pan that you would normally find at a quick check or convenience store, or even maybe BJ's. It's an individual apple pie that's smaller than the palm of your hand. For 9.99 in addition, it was not topped with salted caramel. I know the airport food is expensive normally but this was a rip-off. The service was good and I did mention it to the waitress but all she said was sorry...

Awful dry Za atar chicken for 32$ US. No vegetable or fries included for this price!!! Their QR code system didn’t work either with my phone. To get my receipt and lunch said I needed to put my personal information on their tablet! Still didn’t receive my receipt 2 weeks later!!!

Overpriced, overcooked food with miserable staff and zero kind of service and there’s 3 of them here and it’s empty! I took my food home so I can cook it through properly. Thankfully I left no tip! Tips are earnt not entitled
I entered this restaurant after an entire day of not eating. I had a flight from Phoenix to Newark, and having no prior time to eat, I was hungry. It was the best possible case for this restaurant, and Flora still managed to disappoint. First the water. We chose to not spend 8 dollars on a small bottle of water, so we got the tap treatment. I didn't know that they fill their water pitchers with a hose! It was bitter and borderline undrinkable. I bet I'd have a better experience with Flint, MI water than here. After waiting for a good 15-20 minutes, we finally got our food. I ordered Chicken Shawarma and my brother ordered the Chicken wrap. Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed. Whatever they served was not Shawarma. The Chicken was both soggy and dry. Not even Shawarma style. It was just some mildly spiced drumsticks. Even my "egg salad to the potluck" grandma would think it was bland. The Amba that was served with this Chicken was also horrible. The mangoes were more brown than orange. Horrible. This "Shawarma" was also topped with onions that were rotten. I picked around them, but they were absolutely disgusting. Now to the Chicken wrap. I can't comment on the quality of the sandwich itself, but I did try the fries. With that said, who spices their fries??? The only spice on fries should be salt. Fries should just be consumed as a catalyst for ketchup consumption. They should not be spiced. After a few fries, my brother was suddenly in putrid agony. One of his fries was rotten. That put him off from the rest of the meal. For 50 dollars, this was not worth it. I would not be surprised if I contract a nasty case of food poisoning after eating at this establishment.

My experience was better than what others experienced. I had an hour and a half before my international flight, and recieved my food within 15 minutes. I did order fresh things, like the Mediterranean salad and baba ghanoush with pita so I didnt have to wait long for a meat meal to cook. I didn't "like" the app ordering but it was fairly efficient ( and is in all of our futures). The waitress refilled our waters promptly. It was refreshing to have fresh Mediterranean vegetables in an airport instead of another French fry meal or cold wrapped sub meal. I fly 2-3 times a year, and airport food is expensive and usually average at best, but this place hit the mark for me. The 2 plates of food we received were about 10" across and filled generously, so the portions were good for 2 of us. Great vibe for an airport with the hanging lights, good music, and a chance to catch a meal before a long flight.
