Maybe the most tasteless pizza (not sure it even qualifies as pizza) I have ever had… it was so bad that we left most of the food on the table. Yuck 🤢

Pretty enjoyable pizza, yes you’re gonna pay airport prices and the service is slow, but worth the sit if you have time to kill. We got a margherita pizza with prosciutto and a breakfast pizza and enjoyed both!

I ordered a Margherita Pizza for my five year old son, a blonde woman gave me a cheese pizza and said a Margherita pizza and a cheese pizza were the same thing. She didn’t even blink while lying to me and I saw them serve our food to a different table.

They game me scraps of pizza bread as sides from a different left over pizza. When i complained they casually told me that making it for my order will take time.

Placed an order of Mac and cheese and a meatball sandwich. Waited an hour ( myself and my partner were the only customers seated). When I went up to the counter to ask about our order, I was told that our food was on the counter. We had seen the food being placed on the counter 30 minutes previous but the online docket said that our order would be dropped to the table so we didn’t think it was ours ( staff were in and out from behind the counter passing the food) When I said this to the girl behind the counter I was told that she was the cook and not a server. I told her that if we were told to come collect the food ourselves when it was first put down I would have had no issue collecting it myself, but the food was now cold, again I was told she was a cook, not a server and it wasn’t her problem. There was a minimum of 3 staff walking in and out from behind the counter while we were waiting and none of them were of any help. When I asked a member of staff in the restaurant next door she got the manager for us. When the manager asked another member of staff if she had been clocked in while we were seated she told the manager that she was not there. She was in fact one of the first employees we saw on arrival. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. Thankfully the manager was able to help and we are awaiting our refund but by the looks of the majority of reviews on here, the rude staff is not uncommon!
I would definitely recommend going elsewhere for food.

Overpriced! I wish I could check the reviews first.
I had high hopes for this pizza, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. The artichoke and mushroom pizza was nothing like the menu photo—not only did it look unappetizing, but it also tasted overwhelmingly like tomato paste rather than a well-balanced pizza.
The truffle pizza was another letdown. Instead of the rich, earthy truffle flavor, all I could taste was garlic—overpowering and unpleasant. There was nothing authentic or remotely Italian-style about either of these pizzas.
Overall, this was a truly disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If you're looking for real Italian-style pizza, this is not the place.

Skyway robbery. Awful in every way. They force you to order through a qr code and pay credit card in advance. Tipping in advance was insufficient to have a staff memver inform me the $25 glass of wine i ordered wasn’t actually available. So 20 minutes later i try to work with them. The only italian wine at this italian restuarant is a chianti that isn’t on the menu. When the kid started inventing prices i cancelled. Now i have “requested” to get my own money back while i have to fly overseas.

Service is terrible. Couldn't take our order without having to use QR. Minimal knowledge by the staff on how to navigate the site. Food was average at best for the price. Not recommended if you have less than 2 1/2 hours before departure.

Terrible place to eat at EWR Liberty Airport.I órdered a meatball sandwhich and my wife just a salad.My food was ready after 15 min.,but my wife took more than 45 minutes!!For a salad?!!And i know food is expencive at airports,but this place was very,very.I will never eat at this place again.

Forno Magico was my last meal stateside before my solo Japan trip. I write this to you, my dear reader, from a coffee shop in Kyoto while I reminisce on the most mid 2 eggs any style breakfast I've ever had.
Honestly though, it was better than I was expecting. I mean it's airport food... but perhaps anything would have tasted decent due to sheer excitement for the upcoming trip. A lot of our experiences get tied to the headspace we are in in the current moment.
$20 for this is so laughable considering I'm paying around $7 in Japan for some of the best meals I've ever had. Going back is gonna be tough...

OVERPRICED AND UNDERSERVICED
Absolute poor service.
Meatball pizza is literally a pizza with ONE meatball on it. Got the pizza 40 minutes after ordering, and no appetizer. Asked a server about it and he said he will get back to us. Nothing yet. An hour later after ordering and still no appetizer.
Useless and careless.
They want to take your money first and no service after that.
Would NOT recommend. And this coming from a person from a third world country.
