Pizza was very good. We ordered a large pepperoni and large pepperoni with bacon the slices were pretty big good flavor good amount of cheese. The Stromboli was good just had to many mushrooms. Spaghetti was OK. Buffalo wings were nice and hot and crunchy.

Overall experience was good. The service was excellent and plenty space to eat inside if you choose. The only suggestion would be ask them to cook it a little longer if you like a crispy pizza. The mushrooms were not quite done to my liking but overall the pizza was good and great deal for the price!

Ordered a chicken francese with the pasta on the side. When i opened the multi-order package at home, my CF consisted of a dry pasta with a lemon-y flavor (not steaming hot, mind you) and a 2 egg-batter-coated chicken breast slices (not the full plump breast, they were the flattened version, either through hammering or sliced that way before cooking). All the CF I've ever ordered always had a creamy lemon-y sauce with it, but this was bone dry. I called the restaurant back and told them about the order, and the person-in-charge tried to get around it by saying that that's how it was made! Really! If I hadn't cooked it from a recipe myself in times past and not ever ordered it from other restaurants, i might have believed him, but just his bad luck, neither were true. He then offered to replace it with alfredo or penne vodka, and when i asked why they couldn't just make the francese sauce, he completely ignored the question. I finally gave up and replaced it with the chicken in alfredo sauce, which was barely edible as one could tell it came directly from some no-name jar. As i thought of these events, it dawned on me that Alfredo sauce and penne vodka sauce are available in pre-made jars! I've never seen francese sauce in any food store! Maybe that's why!
Anyway, watch out all u CF fans out there, this is a place one can hope to NEVER need to go to! (The fried calamari smelled bad even before the first bite. I couldn't get myself to eat it and i just threw away both dishes!)

Went to pickup daughter to work decided to hit this place been years I haven't been here was ok I had a regular cheese slice,pepperoni slice,garlic knots and soda..just your regular pizza spot not to crowded plenty of seating.i would've wanted the crust more crispier I forgot to ask ....nothing worth running to try but if your in the neighborhood or local it will hit the spot.
It is a nice place to take your family to eat pizza they will treat your family very nicely my family been going there for years. I know the whole family for that pizza place.

This place is nostalgia for me. I have been coming here since I was like 6 years old. Everything I come back to Newark, this is the pizza place to go to must go must try!! Make sure to ask for the extra cheese you will be in heaven! The juices are good also

Recommended by a life long Newark New Jersian. I'm really going to have to take my New Jersey friends to Brooklyn who haven't been. The taste in Brooklyn and a couple spots in the city would wow you when it comes to pizza. Respectfully, this spot isn't it. I will tell you this, they got the crust right. It's crispy and perfectly cooked. I love a crispy, soft on the inside crust. No complaints there. The cheese and sauce on thee other hand needs work. A little salty if you ask me. The lady who took my order was very nice. This is just not on the level of food that I'm personally use to. Will not return.
