This is the first meal prep company I’ve actually enjoyed. The food is fresh and flavorful. The meat is juicy and the veggies are fresh. I love the mix and match and the sauce options. The crunch wrap was amazing. I was sad when I ran out of them lol. I was very skeptical when my husband wanted to sign up for meal prep but since we’re both shift workers it can be very hard to cook at home. Both of us are very happy with the portions, flavor, freshness and packaging. The delivery was also super on point. We got our food a day after we ordered. So it made it easy to say yes! Really great for anyone who is looking to maintain or lose weight. My husband is into bodybuilding and it’s perfect for him. Perfect for shift workers or really anyone who just needs some meal change up.

I’ve been using meal prep companies since 2020. I’ve been through multiple so some of the top rated ones throughout the country and some local ones the food end up being good for a couple weeks, but then he get tired of it and unfortunately, the delivery times are not organized because you have to order a certain day during the week with holidays and what not.
I have been using fuel chef for the last two weeks. The food is outstanding. The quality is top-notch 10 out of 10 and the service from both the delivery team and from the higher-ups. Or nothing that I’ve seen before just outstanding
Frank himself reached out to me about a small issue that I have with the delivery that’s how detailed this managed. He’s very organized he structured and he runs a great company for people to stay on track with their nutrition and diet.
I highly recommend anybody who does bodybuilding competitions, or has a good lifestyle of just eating clean and being healthy along with some really good desserts that are all healthy as well. You must and I mean, must work with and buy from Fuel Chef only!!!

This week, I tried their Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad, and it was delicious! It was light yet satisfying.
