If I could give this a 10/10 I would. I have the hardest time staying on track because of how busy and tired I get from work, if I don’t have something prepared I will fall off track of my fitness goals. This company can take all my money - I don’t have to grocery shop, cook or prep anything. The food is just as good as regular take out would be. Portions are labeled with calories and macros. Um, lifelong customer.

I’m gonna say the customer service is amazing if you have to ask any questions the owner is super responsive on Instagram super helpful and very catering. The food is actually really good. I’ve had other meal prep companies not to name any bad mouth but the food that they They sell LAC seasoning and feel like it’s all microwavable products when you go with this company the rice the beans, the breakfast burrito oh my God Ordered three of those and then the French toast you really can’t go wrong. I’m doing this review to be transparent and honest to help anybody looking for a good meal prep company like I was. It saves me so much time. I ordered it all on Saturday. It’s delivered on Sunday. I don’t have to sit there and cook way out everything super convenient. Definitely recommend

I was in Newark without a rental car for work for a week. Fuel Chef delivered a box of meals for the week to my hotel. Communication was excellent. The meals were packed well with ice packs so they were still cold and fresh when I arrived. There were plenty of gluten free, high protein options and they were all delicious! The macros were printed on each container, making them easy to track. The burger and the eggplant lasagna were my favorites.

I’ve tried a lot of meal prep companies, but Fuel Chef blows them all away. Every dish actually tastes homemade and fresh, not like the typical “diet food.” Super convenient for busy weeks, and I feel great knowing I’m eating clean meals that still taste incredible!
I love all the meals especially the breakfast dishes and the desserts!

Food is good but delivery is sketchy. I’ve paid for ice packs each time but a few times it came without. The food just comes in a normal cardboard box and sits in some dudes car. Eat clean bro has worse food but at least they have a refrigerated truck. Worst of all the delivery time is unpredictable and there’s no way to estimate it. The website is very slow too

This is the first meal prep company I’ve actually enjoyed. The food is fresh and flavorful. The meat is juicy and the veggies are fresh. I love the mix and match and the sauce options. The crunch wrap was amazing. I was sad when I ran out of them lol. I was very skeptical when my husband wanted to sign up for meal prep but since we’re both shift workers it can be very hard to cook at home. Both of us are very happy with the portions, flavor, freshness and packaging. The delivery was also super on point. We got our food a day after we ordered. So it made it easy to say yes! Really great for anyone who is looking to maintain or lose weight. My husband is into bodybuilding and it’s perfect for him. Perfect for shift workers or really anyone who just needs some meal change up.
