Very good food. Always fresh. Great selection. Decent $price. If you're looking to eat clean and lean Fuel shef is a very good option. The only reason I'm not giving them 5stars is because I believe there's always room for improvement..

Best meal prep company I’ve ever. Unfortunately took me years to find it but I’m glad I did. Franks the man, I had a messed up order and he went above and beyond to make it right for me with no hassle. I’ll keep doing my business here
