Very disappointing service. Global Bazaar at EWR was extremely slow, and the staff seemed unengaged and uninterested. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and inefficient. Not a great option if you’re expecting quick or friendly airport service.

Just a miserable experience. You're going to wait 20-30 minutes at the Burger and cheese steak stand. Crew is understaffed, I'm sure under paid, food over priced. US capitalism in 2025

Horrible service, I order a burger and fries. One hour later nothing, I ask politely for information, they tell me to wait in a very nonchalant way. I ask again 30 MINUTES LATER, they ignore me as if I was being rude. I waited 10 more minutes till I had to board... NEVER GOT MY FOOD

The philly place in the bazar charges $2 to add any topping besides the meat and cheese. Despite this, I got peppers added (which should be standard) and then they forgot to add them! Go anywhere else

I’d give zero if I could. Workers look like they hate their jobs and getting info such as where one can get cream for their coffee was like going on a scavenger hunt looking and asking for clues. Only 1 food counter has coffee cream. WHY??!!! This place is rude and makes zero sense
Run from this place as fast as you can. Go to a sit down place for food

Waited 30 minutes for a ham and cheese crepe. No one else in front of me. Took 11 minutes for them to start the order. 12 minutes later they said they had no ham. It was time to take my flight at this point so I received nothing. I’ve never seen a more disorganized and chaotic environment. Employees were in groups of four just openly quarreling. Zero customer service. Awful.

Was going to give one star, but added another only because the staff tossed away the first scoop of gelato. The waffle was soggy and the paper sticks to it. Made me wonder how long it had been sitting on the shelf. The gelato itself also tastes weird and left a strange aftertaste in my throat.

Rated for the restaurant Ikaedama Ramen Bar. Located in the middle of the other food options. It seemed like the best option but it was a 5 out of 10 at most. The only reason I'm giving it a higher rating is thanks to the server. He is a fantastic human being. He deserves a raise and a better work place. Though if he's happy, then that's good. On to the food... I ordered the Shio ramen. Good but nothing special. Something tasted weird with the egg so I took it out. Tonkatsu pork is better. Make it better with the Sriracha. Wouldn't come for those again but would come back for the server. He is the definition of good service. To order just sit down and scan the qr code. The server can also place the order for you.

I’ve never seen a sandwich made so slowly. 20 minute wait and $24 for a small, cold sandwich, with only 2 sandwiches ahead of me.
