I'll start by saying that this review is specifically for the Ramen restaurant within this food court, and that perhaps the other restaurants within are better. This review is not regarding the price, as you expect to pay a premium when eating at the airport, however the food we received for the price was absurd. It was $56 USD for 2 ramen, after tip and tax, I would have been fine with this price to receive mediocre fresh ramen. However, what we received was 1) we pre-packages and clearly not prepared fresh, and most definitely not prepared today at all (served lukewarm with plastic wrap overtop to keep it warm, noodles all congealed at the bottom, 2) Not tonkatsu ramen broth as ordered (unclear whether they gave us very low grade miso ramen on purpose or by accident) and 3) Had smelled and tasted pretty bad, left more than half of it. We expected fresh but mediocre ramen paid for at a premium due to being at the airport, what we received was much worse than the microwave ramen I can prepare fresh at home from a packet in 5 minutes. It was very old, lukewarm, and not the flavor we ordered. Also service is subpar despite leaving an 18% tip when prepaying for the food, not even a glass of water much less refills. Basically paid 10$ tip for them to grab my ramen from wherever it is stored, remove the plastic wrap and place it infront of me. Bottom line, it is very deceptive, as I did not grab this ramen from a shelf of pre-prepared food, I sat down at a restaurant that advertises itself as a ramen bar, I expected freshly prepared food and paid a tip. What I received was not at all in line with what was advertised. I recommend you try any of the other restaurants in this food court instead, or any of other restaurant in the airport really.

Workers certainly don’t care what they do! Such a sad and shocking place! My veggie stir fried noodles was so salty and hardly had any veggies in it. Also, it took long time to make.

Try to set down and eat and told if I have food I need to leave but no boarder area of location saying that

No gluten free options at any of these places. They are all owned by the same parent company (OTG) who clearly does not care to meet the needs of gluten allergic travellers.

The pizza from the food court is pretty damn tasty !!

Generally the options were pretty pretty good if you have a long transit. Burger bar, asian noodle bar, pizzaria, mexican to bakery and ramen oh and sushi ( pretty expensive tho). If you are in a rush, i would suggest to try a counter with less customers or just grab a sandwich from a shelve or fast food options.

Self ordering and pay using card or app from the ordering touch terminals.
