I'd heard Americans are rude and yep, staff here are just that.
Wanted to get a napkin for my nose before i got something. As my hand moved towards the napkin bin the female worker there that was standing around talking to someone, took the napkin bin away as I was trying to take a napkin.
I said I just needed a napkin. She shook her head and said no. I said I just need a tissue as I wasn't feeling well, guy told me to go to the washroom. Wow.
Food here doesn't look good or fresh.
If mgmt is concerned about people taking napkins, maybe focus on your staff that stand around talking and being on their phone

Worst wrap and roll we have ever eaten in our life yet it cost $44 dollars for those two and 2 bottles of juice! Insane prices when there was no other option available. Despite the price we couldn't even finish them as they where so stale!

Staff is recist. The line was self checkout. He asked guy behind me that he can help him. I asked him for help to check out my stuff and he denied. Everybody near me was shocked by his behavior.

This is honestly a bloody racket. Bought a 12.50$ wrap and the salad was rotten and it was 3 days before the best before date. My coworker had the same issue. This is clearly a company taking advantage of the fact that you're prisoners on the other side of security. Eat before you get here because the other options don't look much better

This is more it less theft. 12 bucks for a dry sandwich. 7 for a cup of grapes. This Kiosk is located past security where there is little else is offered. Taking advantage of passengers with no other choice. Got the kids and myself three sandwiches and some snacks. FIFTY SEVEN dollars. Totally disgraceful.
