Their so selfish with the food they'll fill the whole plate with rice I told them 4 times can you please put more meat ill even pay extra they'll take your money and still won't put I will never go their ever again. If your do be prepared to eat all rice or vegetables food not bad,but they rip you off every time not worth the money.

Ordered at 7:11PM. At 8:30PM, I was told it would be another 30 minutes because they no longer have a delivery person - they use uber eats to deliver...even though I ordered directly by phone. I live 0.4miles away. They didn't have the consideration to call me and let me know the order would be delayed & the best they could offer was $5 off or an egg roll. They asked me if I could pick it up instead.........My food was still there after an HOUR of waiting. This used to be a good spot but they have gone severely downhill & they have lost a customer. There are way too many Chinese places in North Newark to be this unprofessional and this unpleasant. China Town, Gui Lin, Chopstick House, Original #1, Kwok Ping, Happy Garden - order from any of those places but stay far away from Great Wall unless you want your food in the year 2035.

Not sure who they think they are, but $11 for 4 chicken wings before you even get rice or french fries is insanity. My usual place is closed on Mondays so I thought I’d give here another try. I didn’t even make it to placing my order.

I order chicken and they bring me back Burt chicken that was left over and said they will refund me back 5$ and the order was 19$ please to anyone that ordered from here make sure your food is fresh… never will I order again from here.

Disgusting shrimp and broccoli in garlic sauce was full of red oil, watery consistency with a funny taste so much so that I couldn’t even eat it. I even took the food back and the younger man gave me a very hard time stating “that’s your preference” “Its garbage now, we can’t do anything with it” “whatever I’ll give you the money back but can you throw it away”. Customer service was terrible and I will never return or recommend to anyone. I was unaware of the atmosphere before ordering as it was picked up for me but after seeing this place I would have never ordered here just based on how dingy and dirty the cooking space is and how poorly maintained the overall store was. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. You’ve been warned!

My chicken wings where dry and look old only thing that look good was the vegetable rice and the egg rolls in to which I didn’t receive what I ordered I ordered three egg rolls and my son ordered two why we only received two, then we called and charged him again $7 dollars for the three . Also I gave my pet some chicken she just smacked and walked away ! Not happy with this place ?
