You don't get what you pay for, the mecerás are inept, they don't know the difference between matures and tostones! They don't give you a refund, the portions are too small, the prices are very high compared to the stock of food you receive! Not worth it !

Been going to Happy Paisa Chicken for decades. Though I’m a pescatarian, I’ve always been satisfied with delicious food. My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more. Since the 2020’s began, however, there is only the Take-out option; no dine-in. A word of caution: be careful to park legally on the street; I’ve gotten a couple of parking tickets there over the years.

Rice was underdone. It needed 5 more minutes. Rice was hard and chicken was dry. Too expensive for such bad food. Their chicken used to be seasoned better and rice used to be soft not grainy.
