The food was extremely flavorful and delicious. If I am back in NJ I will come back for sure.
As a vegetarian I got served a meal that had meat in it. It was a large order so I don't fully fault them. I'm sure if I had ordered on my own they would have said something.
Vegetarian options: Not much for vegetarians and my rice ended up having meat in it. It was a large order so I don't fully blame them

Simple place with good Latin food. The coffee was great as the meal. I do recommend it as far as you don’t look for a fancy place.

Good food.
I went to this Restaurant and I bought alcapurias and The rellenos de Papas. They are ok.
The Yuca alcapurias don't have no taste.

Had an amazing dinner, Cuban food (buffet style) is amazing and prices are cheap! I took an order of pernil, the place has an outstanding cuisine. I recommend it, homemade food, they have Ecuadorian food and puertorican pasteles too. Here is what I ate
This is in my opinion the best pan-Latin American restaurant in the Newark area. It’s really small and we’ve never sat down to eat in the space, though we always see people enjoying meals there. We’ve ordered food to take home twice and it’s always outstanding. The menu is a la carte and very affordable. The food is mostly Cuban and Puerto Rican fare. Very flavorful and not too greasy. There are also some Ecuadorian dishes on weekends but haven’t yet tried but looking forward to it. My point being that this small space does dishes from different countries very well (they had excellent Puerto Rican Pasteles and Cuban tamales available in the same day!)Highly recommended.
