Usually Jersey Mike's are serviceable. This location has routinely and continuously screwed up orders to the point of any time I've recently had it the order is screwed up even after adding a tip. What the heck? Avoiding this location currently 9/25
One of the best Mike's I've ever been too. My local one near my home pales in comparison to how fresh it always tastes from this location. Not sure what exactly that they're doing differently over here, but keep it up!

Bait and switch pricing, the price on the board does not match the register subtotal (before tax amount). Employees argue with you when you point it out. Scum.

When ordering my food, I rather not listen to people talking about other people behind the meat slicer. Professionalism is key when handling people’s food. I will never return to this restaurant.

I came in past two days this week with my daughter and our sandwiches were really fresh and delicious! The owner was so nice he even remembered my order from the day before. Just wanted to post how nice and clean this facility is and how great the staff is :)
The manager that runs the place is very rude and nasty to his workers and customers.
