Can't say enough. Very friendly food was awesome. All around great people. That's all people ask if somebody makes your food. be nice to each other, i wish them nothing but success. Can't wait. To go visit them again.

I’ve ordered delivery from here multiple times and never had any troubles. Tonight I ordered my usual chicken portabella cheesesteak and what arrived was just cold mushrooms and onions. I’m really not one for writing reviews but this was just unnecessary. If you don’t want to make the order, cancel the order. Don’t send this.

I ordered a Turkey and Provolone sandwich. The worker was rude and rushing to get through orders I noticed. One thing that bothered me the most is that I don’t eat pork and what I witnessed was very unsanitary. The girl worker with black and blonde locks was making my sandwich while making another customers sandwich at the same time who had and all pork sandwich thus touching my sandwich with the same gloves that she was using to touch the pork meat for the other persons sandwich. The cross contamination was crazy. The sandwich was also sloppy and she was not listening to instructions at all. She did not change her gloves in between and they only have one deli slicing machine and do not clean in between using for the next person. I feel this is very bad because someone may order a non pork sandwich from here online thinking that they clean their tools and change their gloves when they don’t which can cause someone to get sick. They definitely need more workers and equipment as well. I didn’t even eat the sandwich because I was so disappointed and it had pork juice all over it. I just gave it away to someone else on the street that was hungry. Please do better with staff and sanitation because in my eyes this is a big health violation. I would have said something and argued but I was tired and just coming from work and it was Sunday and I just wanted to relax but please the Food Industry has to do better and hire workers that actually want to do their job because it looks bad for the business. After coming here for the first time I can say this is definitely the last for me.

I always get my subs in Jersey Mike at Bloomfield but I was in a rush I decided to stop here in Newark I walked inside the store 9:59 the girl told me very rude we open 10:00 wait outside I say good morning and no answer I step outside and went back in at 10:00 and again rude she say what you need and didn’t even ask what kind of bread you want she just chose for Me . Never again I’ll rather drive to Bloomfield next time and don’t recommend this place to no one to be threatened this way . For god sake this is corporate and should have better people for customer service. Horrible experience

Placed an order through uber Eats, and the sandwich was completely inedible. The person who made the sandwich must have been pissed off at the fact he had to make the sandwich. I called up to the store to asked and the guy had an attitude about my issue with the sandwich. If I paid for something, I expect to be able to enjoy it. Poor customer service. I know they don't care, but they won't get any more of my business. There are other sandwich shops that have better customer service than this location. Go elsewhere and spend your money.

This place has the worst customer service I've encountered in a fast food restaurant. It doesn't matter how many times you explain to the employees what you want. They always make the order wrong. The employees are often horsing around more worried about the music they are listening to in a loud speaker not to mention the music isn't even family friendly. They're more worried about they're needs and ignore customers completely. My order was ready 20 mins ago but since they're more worried on their conversation and the music they just don't care about customers they laugh in your face!
Train your staff properly or get people that actually want to work!
They are giving your company a bad name!

Definitely not going back to these rude arrogant people, take my hard earned money else where.

Parking: Theres no parking available lucky if you find a spot.
If you leave your car double parked make sure you keep an eye out on your car. Or else you will come back to a ticket.

Walked in ordered two classic Italian asked for it with mayo and mustard the mikes way. Got home openers my sandwich no mikes way no mayo no mustard. I told them 5 times when he asked. And even repeated my order when he rang me up and he told me everything was ok. Poor service employees don’t listen and it seems like they don’t even want to be working there. Ps this is not this first time this has happened. I used to tolerate it because it is the only one in the area but I won’t be coming back agin. Which sucks for them cause I spend quite a bit of money there espically for the events I throw. Gonna go to subway, better food and better prices. And employees that listen to your food order.

As always VERY busy lunch hour in this location but EMANI & FERN were great!! They tackled that big old line very professionally and gracefully with a smile and respectfulness despite of some set backs. GREAT JOB EMANI!!!
