Young lady with braids and braces said she was a supervisor Rudely yelled at me for not hearing my name for my chicken chipotle .. I told her relax and please watch her tone she then told me I need to watch my mouth and that her “ uncle “ would “put me under ground” . Terrible leader everyone else was great .

The price was fair .. which is way more than I can say for any of the other airport food . 7$ breakfast sandwich .. the place next to it 18$ for a breakfast burrito ! Taylor ham egg and cheese was done right . I had same sandwich in lax Jersey mikes it was awful . They opened late which was annoying but they made up for it

Why does this location make everyone in line yell out their orders when we’re nowhere near the counter just so we can all repeat it again when we get up to the counter? So weird and pointless. It happens every time.

As I watched my sandwich being prepared without the requested mayo, the cook proceeded to argue me down saying there was mayo on it, even after I opened the bread to NO MAYO!! Why is this even a debate? Just add mayo, please!

9/28/2024 Person (female) takes my order at The opposite end of counter…his fine nothing wrong here. But she takes the order wrong. I clearly said ALOUD 2 chitpolte chicken regular (mikes way no onions). And 1 Philly regular (mikes way no onions). We are told move ahead and pay. There’s 3 people ahead of me and it takes them a whole over some confusion (I would find out later myself). Finally they pay but it took so long that a lady thought it was her turn to pay practically skipping me l. I step forward I hand the person my ticket l. I also have 3 bottle drinks and 1 chips. She rings me up and charges me. We use my mom’s card. I am told wait for my sandwich’s: I step to side so as not hold up the line. I get called out for my sandwiches I grab them and she tells me she didn’t charge me. LIKe this is so chaotic, she clearly can do math or ring up. And finally to top it off I get NO Napkins I return to ask for NApkins and I get give 1 ….1 napkin yes 1 piece of paper napkin for 3 sandwiches. Your service is slacking I am never returning and advising anybody I know traveling terminal A. Not to use this service either. Good luck and train your employees better to ring up properly and don’t be stingy with napkins

Ordered philly steak chicken sandwich from this place costing $18.37 today in Terminal A. Bad decision! The guy who making this had no clue what a philly cheese steak meant. He jist burnt some chicken broken slices like rubber and put no onions greenpepper or cheese. Since already packed cant see what he put inside first. Then there was a long hair in it, so disgusting. May be should have ordered juat BLT sandwich. So many attracted to Jersey mikes name and eating there without knowing how these joints works. please avoid this place like a plague. For me, never again.

I got food poisoning from this place. I was in a rush to get something fast to eat before my flight and stopped here. They had a young lady taking our orders with a pen and paper while we were on a long line. Got to the counter and they got my order wrong. I should of left when I saw the unwrapped deli meat in the display case just laying on top of unopened deli meat. I was in such a rush and brushed it off. The next day after eating that sandwich, I got extremely sick and knew it was from this place, because that was the only thing I ate all day.

The health department really needs to go take a look at this place. Food sanitation doesn't seem to be a priority there.

The employees are SLOW…. If working in reverse was possible these individuals would be it…. Mind blowing the lack of basic common sense is making sandwiches at an airport.

9/2/24 1130 am Fingernail in sandwich!!

No smiles from employees. Dressed sandwich before I was able to even get to counter as they were taking orders as fast as they could.

Got on plane and bit right onto a fingernail. So disgusted! Travelers rely on food court for good travel food so this should be their priority.

Hope the manager checks with employees to see who did it or is missing a nail. Seems that with the low rating, that the manager doesn’t care.

It could be a really good sub if the bread was fresher or they would toast the bread. It is good but could be better
