Terrible customer service from the miserable staff that works here. There is a short female manager that walks around, cursing at the staff, cursing at the customers demoralizing the staff. No wonder why they’re so grumpy. Coming from a United Airlines employee this is horrible to see there used to be an older gentleman manager here I haven’t seen him in a little while. He was very nice always said good morning to me when he saw me on the line and was always nice when he spoke to The staff. Jersey Mike’s should really step in and see what’s going on here. There must be a deeper problem than just the managers that work here.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. They made us pay for our food, which they never made. Then made us get in the back of the line to reorder our meal. Spent about 35 minutes for one sandwich. The employees then made it seem that it was our fault. If I could give zero stars I would.

For a 14 veggie the sub maker refused to put green pepper because it was not explicitly called out. The order was taken long distance with me shouting from far, 14 includes green peppers by default!! The woman just lied saying that she is out of green peppers. The second person put me in a bind saying if I wanted the sandwich or not!!! The. Someone opened a drawer in the back and dumped lot of green pepper rings on my sub!!!
The he staff should be fired.

For an airport Jersey Mikes, it ain’t half bad. Wait times can be long and the service isn’t good but you still get a solid sub.

Had the worst experience at this particular jersey mikes. They have a small black girl working here that is very rude and argumentative. She got my order wrong ang then tried to blame me for her mistake. No telling how much money she has lost this establishment. Someone from jersey mikes office should look into this.

To the lady in the blue scarf that work the morning of 08/29/25 amazing service. I want to say first she was putting the sandwich together and doing grill and kept a smile on her face the entire time. Then a couple got rude with her and even curse at her she firmly told them not to disrespect her but one of the items wasn’t available what would they like instead. The lady started arguing with and she walk away. True professionalism. To the lady that was cutting the sandwiches was so nice and took the guest at a good speed. The wait wasn’t long. Those two ladies deserved a raise.

The service was horrendous. They threw vegetables around different containers after putting it on the sandwich. They kept losing track of orders and were rude to the customers because they didn’t know what they’re doing. The workers have absolutely no sense of decency and not on ounce of care. Do not waste your time trying to order here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jersey mikes (which I normally like). Very rude staff. I watched one employee get mad at a customer and move him to the back of the line because he asked her not to walk away in the middle of taking his order. She proceeded to go behind the counter and make fun of him and several other customers in line. My food was fine but I honestly wish I had walked away instead of giving them my service.
