Stopped by Jollibee Newark and had such a pleasant experience! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. You can really tell they care about their customers. The food was great as always — hot, tasty, and exactly what I was craving. Highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience at Jollibee Newark! The food was delicious and served fresh, but what really stood out was the excellent service by Gemma. The manager was very helpful and accommodating, making sure everything went smoothly and that our order was just right. It’s rare to see that level of care and attention these days. This place sucks..this is the 3rd. Time they didn't give me the correct amount of chicken..I ordered a 6 piece and they gave me 5..This is the second time!!!!!!!!!!!!! So pissed!!!!!!!!
