Lou and Ana were so friendly and helpful! They even helped us use our cc perks to get a 20% discount!! I would def I recommend stopping here for a meal and great service if you are in the Newark airport.

I’m not sure why the reviews are low here. Lou my server did absolutely everything and was so personable and made me feel like a valued guest. He also made sure my sake was never empty. I can tell Lou loves his job and that hard to find at a Newark airport restaurant. I will definitely be returning and can only hope Lou is working when I am there. The sushi roll I had was quite good too.

Ramen is not good. Fishy smelling. Took 30 mins to get a glass of water and it came back with debris floating in it. Overheard staff saying to another thru failed inspection yesterday.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was outstanding—hands down the best sushi I’ve ever had. Every piece was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. The staff were just as impressive—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves great food and top-notch service!

Super cute little ramen bar! Staff was super friendly, Fibi the manager was great and Lou the bartender was really friendly. The ramen was very good, and the drinks were made perfect. Definitely recommend if you have time before or in between flights!

Absolutely delicious food and incredible atmosphere. But better than those combined was the immaculate service, our sever was so kind and made the experience superb. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough.

We are from Canada and this is the second time we’ve encountered Lou at this spot and he always has a smile, very friendly and goes above and beyond without anyone asking. We recognized him from when we stopped here last year before going to Hawaii. Hope everyone gets to encounter Lou here !!

Vegan "ramen" (actually udon) is clearly marked as vegan. The Thai-style broth with the vegan ramen was pretty good. It contained lots of lime juice as well as green onions, shredded carrots, and edamame. We added mushrooms for $1.99 and they were quite good. Service was completely automated. You have to place your order using a smart phone and a credit card. A fairly decent vegan option at Terminal C, near gate 80. Note: the vegetarian ramen contains egg in the ramen noodles and also comes with an egg on top.

The ramen was very good. I didn't ask but I'm not 100% sure that the noodles were vegan so maybe ask about that in addition to requesting no egg
