We are from Canada and this is the second time we’ve encountered Lou at this spot and he always has a smile, very friendly and goes above and beyond without anyone asking. We recognized him from when we stopped here last year before going to Hawaii. Hope everyone gets to encounter Lou here !!

Vegan "ramen" (actually udon) is clearly marked as vegan. The Thai-style broth with the vegan ramen was pretty good. It contained lots of lime juice as well as green onions, shredded carrots, and edamame. We added mushrooms for $1.99 and they were quite good. Service was completely automated. You have to place your order using a smart phone and a credit card. A fairly decent vegan option at Terminal C, near gate 80. Note: the vegetarian ramen contains egg in the ramen noodles and also comes with an egg on top.

The ramen was very good. I didn't ask but I'm not 100% sure that the noodles were vegan so maybe ask about that in addition to requesting no egg

It's an Airport! Buy with that being said it was good.. fast service ! Airports don't look like airports anymore so many choices of good food and drinks.. down side is you will pay way to much for booze and food.. but if it is good so be it!

Coming from California trying sushi places all the time. This is top tier and was the most satisfying fast kind service I’ve ever seen. 10/10

STAY AWAY. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for an order that never arrived. The one employee I saw across the bar on her phone scurried away when we made eye contact and never returned. Almost missed my flight because I thought a dead bar could get a bowl of ramen out in a timely fashion.

EDIT: We are now pushing 45 minutes. I can track the order with their handy dandy app, and it STILL has not been delivered. See photo of "still being prepared" 42 minutes after ordering.

EDIT 2:
50 minutes later, I was updated that the food had just (allegedly) been brought out. So, based on this experience, I suggest you set aside at least an hour for that ramen, unless the owner can shed more light on why this happened?

Edible for airport food, service usually kind of slow. It's set smack in the middle of a food court under a big glass area that could have a nice vibe, but usually ends up too busy and messy to feel all that comfortable.

There's at least power outlets at all the seats and good wifi.

Worst “ramen” I’ve ever had. I’ve had more flavor in microwaved cup noodles than this. My wife and I both ordered the Pork Tonkotsu but she somehow received the Pork Shio. There was no time to return it due to our flight departing soon. There was only 1 piece of pork in each of our bowls. Anyone who rates this above 2 stars has never had real ramen. Anything else in that food court would’ve been miles better than this. And the price was outrageous. Stay away!
