Wanted the chorizo omelette (which was on their physical menu) wasn’t on their online menu, was told to just build my own omelette and add chorizo and other ingredients which ended up costing way more than what the menu said, all for them to throw a couple of sausage chunks in my omelette and no chorizo. No salt or seasonings, and I ordered a cappuccino which the milk was incredibly burnt and undrinkable. All for the humble price of $36. This place needs to go out of business.
Was excited to try this based off reviews. Unfortunately, ended up with the worst food poisoning imaginable after trying the pork ramen.

Supermarkt sushi and half heartedly warmed up ramen is nothing that i wish anybody travelling ever.

Supermarket sushi and microwaved ramen.. not worth the price and not sure about the hygiene standards either

I would have rather had instant ramen. The tonkotsu ramen just had an overpowering seaweed aroma and flavor. No redeeming qualities.

The broth doesn't taste like anything.

The put a literal boiled egg in my ramen... The broth tastes like the noodles, not a hint of chicken, beef, or fish broth. The pork in the soup was okay, and the noodles were okay. Overall an American bastardization of a Japanese classic. Enjoy losing $25 dollars for a terrible excuse for ramen.

Lou was excellent a very funny guy and an entertainer at heart. Excellent service, above and beyond. A warm genuine experience in a sometimes cold world. Thank you Lou.

Absolutely fine Ramen (yes I had better outside airports but this was really good) I had the pork tonkotsu - pork belly was tender, other ingredients fresh and the broth was decent. Service was fast and friendly

After reading the reviews and asking a few patrons, I skipped the ramen for some special sushi rolls. The rainbow roll and the crunchy shrimp rolls were very, very good compared to standard expected airport sushi quality. You can taste the smokiness of the shrimp on that roll (likely torched, suggests it was handled with care rather than repackaged ready made sushi rolls).
Prices are generally 20% more expensive than your average sushi joint.

quite good vegetarian miso ramen for airport standards. I did pay extra for mushrooms, which they forgot to add, but honestly, I’m not going to argue over a few cents. Overall, it was a satisfying meal before a flight.
