My first time there, I got a California burger.
I didn’t realize that it would be served on a sub roll like a subway sandwich. It was covered in fries. So dry. I was in a rush so i didnt check until I started driving. The bread was dry fries were stale. The burgers were burnt and so dry. I almost chocked. Ive paid less for better. oh the fries took up most of the roll. I was so hungry so I had to eat it. Extra ketchup on the side was to moisturize. Disappointed

I like Kings I'm satisfied when I dine here. I need to try other items when I visit. The waitresses are always kind and patience atmosphere is chill and when I go quiet.

I ordered a 1/2 baked chicken dinner which comes with two sides. I ordered an extra side of yams. I received a quarter piece of chicken and two sides for $18.99 and complete order for $22.00 which the chicken looked like it was boiled in adobo and placed in the oven to keep warm. The Mac and cheese was bland and cold. The mix greens with cabbage was bland too. So disappointed with this one. So I’m going to ask Allah to bless the hands that cook in the future. Ameen !!!!!!

Food is good but honestly customer service needs to improve drastically , its literally the same thing everytimeg at least let there satisfaction training , its not every staff because some are great but overall needs to looked into

Got a platter from here for my work lunch & i had a hair in my food. Had to work a 12 hr shift they wanted me to bring the plate the next day. Employees are unaware of refund policy wasted my time after telling me it’s okay to come back for a refund . The little of food I had yams were bland Mac and cheese was bland. Short ribs were good but for the price they are should been falling off the bone .

Good food. Service is terrrrrrrrible. I understand hard long days… i understand not being in the best of moods.. but this SERVICE here baaaaaaby NO! Literally been coming here for 5 years… ordering or dine in. Just terrible! Food is almost like your home cooked so no complaints. But Damn the attitude, I’m sorry to say they lost a customer, because I liked the food

Sunday, we came had a good meal , server was not the friendliest, i said maybe because she's fairly new, I had to ask her name, got food ate food, wanrto order soup to go, but no server, if you're not they're table, they aint helping you, she finally came back, we ask for box and bill, I paid with card, and gave a 15% tip, then I see them in the corner discussing, and pointing, and looking at me, was I suppose to tip more?, for really very subpar service?, to the most all the ladies are very nice, and attentive, please help new workers present that same energy, you wont have to question your TIP.
